Համայնքային ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնի ծառայողները ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքի «Հուշարձան» թաղամասի մի բնակիչ տան բակում աճեցնում է կանեփ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանությունից:
31-ամյա տանտերը հրավիրվել է բաժին, բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հայտնել, որ կանեփն աճեցվել է անձնական օգտագործման համար։ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, և հուլիսի 6-ին կատարված զննությամբ հիշյալ տան բակում իրավապահները հայտնաբերել են կանեփի 88 բույս։ Նշանակվել են փորձաքնություններ։
Նմանատիպ երկու տեղեկություն էլ հուլիսի 6-ին ստացել են Համայնքային ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի ծառայողները։ Ըստ մի տեղեկության՝ Մարգարա գյուղի բնակիչ 70-ամյա տղամարդն աճեցրել է կանեփ ու ապօրինի պահել թմրանյութ։ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ տղամարդու բակի ցանկապատի տակ հայտնաբերվել է ապակյա տարա՝ 175 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով։ Տանտերը հայտնել է, որ տնամերձ հողամասում աճեցրած կանեփից ինքն է պատրաստել թմրանյութը՝ անձնական օգտագործման համար։
Տղամարդը տեղափոխվել է ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։
Արմավիրի համայնքային ոստիկանների նույն օրը ստացած մեկ այլ տեղեկության համաձայն՝ իր հողամասում կանեփ էր աճեցնում նաև Արմավիր գյուղի բնակիչ 60-ամյա մի տղամարդ։ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննությամբ տղամարդու տնամերձ հողամասում հայտնաբերվել է կանեփի 9 թուփ, ինչպես նաև ընդհանուր ավելի քան 70 գրամ չորացված կանեփանման զանգվածներ։ Ըստ տանտիրոջ՝ կանեփն ինքն է ցանել, իսկ կանեփանման զանգվածները չորացրել, մանրացրել ու պահել է անձամբ օգտագործելու համար։
