«Բադալյան եղբայրներ» ընկերությունների խմբի ֆինանսաբանկային ուղղությունը նշանակալի քայլ է կատարում դեպի միջազգային շուկա. խմբի կազմում գործող Ֆասթ բրենդը պաշտոնապես ստացել է Մալթայի ֆինանսական ծառայությունների մարմնի EMI լիցենզիան։ Սա Հայաստանի ֆինանսաբանկային ոլորտում առաջին նախադեպն է, որն ընկերությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս ֆինանսական և վճարային ծառայություններ մատուցել Եվրամիության բոլոր երկրներում։

«Բադալյան եղբայրներ» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ և Ֆասթ Բանկի խորհրդի նախագահ Վահե Բադալյանն ասել է․ «Սա մեր առաջին քայլն է` դեպի Եվրամիության շուկայում բանկային լիցենզիա ստանալու գործընթացը։ Ստանալով Մալթայի ֆինանսական ծառայությունների մարմնի կողմից տրամադրված EMI լիցենզիան՝ մենք հնարավորություն ենք ունենում Ֆասթ բրենդի ներքո ընդլայնելու մեր գործունեությունը Եվրամիության 27 երկրներում, որն ունի շուրջ 450 մլն բնակչություն։ Այն տնտեսապես զարգացած միջավայր է, որտեղ բնակչության գերակշիռ մասն օգտվում է ինտերնետից և օնլայն բանկային ծառայություններից։ Սա մեզ հնարավորություն է տալիս զարգացնելու թվային բանկինգը գրեթե անսահմանափակ մասշտաբով։ Այս ձեռքբերումը «Բադալյան եղբայրներ» ընկերությունների խմբի ներքո գործող Ֆասթ ֆինանսաբանկային ուղղության համար առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն ունի»։ 

Եվրամիության տարածքում ֆինանսական կազմակերպություն ունենալու նպատակը խմբի օրակարգում է եղել տարիներ շարունակ։ Դեռ մի քանի տարի առաջ սկսված բարդ գործընթացը հաջողությամբ պսակվեց այս տարվա ամռանը: «Fast Shift Limited» ընկերության գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Վարդան Խաչատրյանը նշել է․ «Ստացված EMI լիցենզիան լայն հնարավորություններ է բացում Fintech ոլորտում՝ ներառելով բանկային հաշիվների տրամադրում (ինչպես ֆիզիկական, այնպես էլ իրավաբանական անձանց), քարտերի թողարկում, ինչպես նաև սթեյբլքոինների և այլ նորարարական վճարային ծառայությունների մատուցում։ Այս պահին ընկերությունն անցել է գործնական փուլի. կատարվում են մեծ ներդրումներ, ձևավորվում է անհրաժեշտ տեխնիկական ենթակառուցվածքը և ներգրավվում են բարձրակարգ մարդկային ռեսուրսներ։ Զուգահեռաբար ակտիվ բանակցություններ են ընթանում համաշխարհային SWIFT համակարգին, եվրոպական SEPA Instant-ին, ինչպես նաև միջազգային քարտային սխեմաներին, այդ թվում՝ Visa-ին, անմիջականորեն միանալու համար»։ 

Այս նախագիծը ոչ միայն ամրապնդում է Ֆասթ բրենդի դիրքերը համաշխարհային ֆինանսական քարտեզի վրա, այլև դառնում է ռազմավարական կամուրջ Հայաստանի և Եվրոպական տնտեսական տարածաշրջանի միջև՝ հայկական բիզնեսի համար բացելով ուղիղ հասանելիություն աշխարհի խոշորագույն տնտեսություններից մեկին։
