Կիպրոսից ժամանած ճանապարհորդների մի խումբ բարձրացել է Հայաստանի ամենաբարձր գագաթը

Կիպրոսի Հանրապետությունը ներկայացնող ճանապարհորդների խումբը հաջողությամբ բարձրացել է Արագած լեռան հյուսիսային գագաթը (4090 մ), որը Հայաստանի ամենաբարձր կետն է և երկրի կարևորագույն ազգային խորհրդանիշներից մեկը։

Արշավախմբի անդամներ Ալեքսանդր Լարինն ու Միխայիլ Օմելչուկն Արագածի գագաթին բարձրացրել են Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության դրոշը, լուսանկարվել են և որպես երկու երկրների միջև բարեկամության խորհրդանիշ՝ այնտեղ թողել են Կիպրոսից բերված քարեր՝ «Կիպրա-հայկական արշավախումբ դեպի Արագած լեռ. հուլիս 2026» մակագրությամբ։

«Ցավոք, այս տարի Արագած լեռը պատված էր անսովոր մեծ քանակությամբ ձյունով։ Ձնակույտերի պատճառով խաչին հասնելն անհնարին դարձավ, իսկ գագաթն ամբողջությամբ պատված էր խիտ մառախուղով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ին պատմել է արշավախմբի անդամներից մեկը։

Երկու հոգուց բաղկացած առանձին խումբը հաջողությամբ բարձրացել է Արագածի հարավային գագաթ (3879 մ)։ Արշավախմբի ուշագրավ ձեռքբերումներից է 13-ամյա Պերեսվետ Լարինի վերելքը։ Նա դարձավ Կիպրոսի ամենաերիտասարդ բնակիչը, որը հասել է 3879 մետրից ավելի բարձրություն ունեցող գագաթի։

Արշավախումբն իր քայլով դարձել է Կիպրոսի և Հայաստանի միջև առկա ամուր պատմական կապերի խորհրդանիշերից մեկը։ Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության նախագահ Նիկոս Խրիստոդուլիդեսը նախկինում բազմիցս ընդգծել է երկու պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունների առանձնահատուկ բնույթը՝ նշելով, որ հայ համայնքը կիպրական հասարակության անբաժանելի մասն է և նշանակալի ավանդ ունի կղզու մշակութային, սոցիալական և տնտեսական կյանքում։

Արշավախմբի մասնակիցները նշել են, որ վերելքը նվիրված էր Կիպրոսի և Հայաստանի ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամության ամրապնդմանը, երկու երկրների միջև ակտիվ զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև երիտասարդների շրջանում լեռնագնացության և առողջ ապրելակերպի խթանմանը։

Մասնակիցների խոսքով՝ նման միջազգային նախագծերը նպաստում են հումանիտար կապերի պահպանմանը և սպորտային ու էկոտուրիզմի զարգացմանը՝ միաժամանակ նոր հնարավորություններ բացելով Կիպրոսի և Հայաստանի միջև սպորտի, զբոսաշրջության, մշակույթի և երիտասարդական փոխանակումների ոլորտներում համագործակցության համար։
