Չալաբյանի կալանավորման հարցը հասավ Եվրոպական խորհրդարան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորման համակարգող, ներկայում քաղաքական շարժառիթներով կալանավորված Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հարցը բարձրացվել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում՝ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի՝ Հայաստան կատարած այցի համատեքստում:
Մաս նա վո րա պես, Եվ րո պա կ ա ն խորհրդարանի «Հայրենասերները Եվրոպայի համար» (Patriots for Europe) խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գերոլֆ Անեմանսը գրավոր հարցով առաջնահերթության կարգով դիմել է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովին՝ Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության, իրավունքի գերակայության և քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի վերաբերյալ ուշադրություն հրավիրելու նպատակով:
Եվրապատգամավորը հիշեցրել է, որ դեռևս 2022 թվականին Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ իրականացված դատական վարույթները միջազգային մի շարք կազմակերպությունների կողմից արժանացել էին քննադատության՝ հիմնարար իրավունքների և արդար դատաքննության երաշխիքների պահպանման տեսանկյունից:
Հատկանշական են նաև հարցադրումների ձևակերպումները. «Արդյո՞ք Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի՝ Երևան կատարած այցի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Ավետիք Չալաբյանի վերջին կալանավորման հարցը: Ինչպե՞ս է Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը գնահատում այս գործը՝ Եվրոպական միություն–Հայաստան հարաբերությունների շրջանակում Հայաստանի կողմից ժողովրդավարության, հիմնարար ազատությունների և իրավունքի գերակայության ոլորտներում ստանձնած հանձնառությունների լույսի ներքո»:
Այս առնչությամբ տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը կարևորում է, որ Հայաստանում քաղաքական հետապնդումների, իրավունքի գերակայության և մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ միջազգայնորեն բարձրացված հարցերը ստանան պատշաճ միջազգային գնահատական և ուշադրություն:
Մյուս կողմից՝ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանում, հնարավոր է, դեռևս կան գործիչներ, որոնք առնվազն լավատեղյակ չեն Հայաստանում տիրող փաստացի իրավիճակից: Հետաքրքիր է, թե էլ ինչ հարցադրումներ նրանք կանեն, երբ տեղեկանան Հայաստանում՝ ֆոն դեր Լայենի կողմից ամեն գնով աջակցություն ստացող Փաշինյանի ռեժիմի կողմից իրականացվող քաղաքական հետապնդումների ամբողջ ծավալի, խոսքի ազատության և սեփականության իրավունքի դեմ ուղղված ռեպրեսիվ գործողությունների մասին: Չնայած, հազիվ թե նրանց մեծ մասը ծանոթ չէ այդ ամենին...
