Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 5-ին, լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արարատի մարզում։ Վեդի խոշորացված համայնքի Լուսառատ բնակավայրի մեծ թվով բնակիչներ հավաքվել էին գյուղի դպրոցի հարևանությամբ գտնվող բակային հատվածում և փորձում էին ստանալ պատասխան Արարատի մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանից, Վեդի խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Գարիկ Սարգսյանից և «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ընկերությունից։
Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում բնակիչները իրենց զայրույթն էին ուղղում մարզպետին, քաղաքապետին ու Վեդիի համայնքապետին՝ ասելով, թե ընտրությունների ժամանակ գալիս ու սարեր են խոստանում, սակայն 350-ից ավելի բնակիչ ունեցող թաղամասում ոչ մի տարրական պայմաններ չկան՝ ոչ կոյուղատարերն են գործում, ոչ խմելու ջուր ունենք, ոչ էլ խելքը գլխին ճանապարհներ։
Բնակիչների խոսքով՝ իրենց ավելի շատ մտահոգում է, թե ի վերջո գոնե օրը 8 ժամ խմելու ջուր կունենան, թե ոչ։ Նրանք նշում են, որ դիմում են «Վեոլիա»-ին՝ ասում են դա մեր խնդիրը չէ, դիմեք մարզպետարան, դիմում են մարզպետարան՝ ասում են դիմեք Վեդիի համայնքապետարան․ «Լրիվ անտեսված ենք այդ 3 կառույցների կողմից»։Բնակիչները դիմում են խնդրանքով տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանին և Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մեսրոպ Մեսրոպյանին՝ վստահ լինելով, որ նրանք լուծում կտան իրենց խնդրին։
Նրանք նշում են, որ եթե խնդիրը չլուծվի, ապա պատրաստ են բողոքի ակցիաների, ընդհուպ՝ փակել Երևան-Երասխ գլխավոր ճանապարհը։ Այսօր էլ կարող էին դա անել, սակայն ձեռնպահ են մնում՝ հավատալով, որ Դ. Խուդաթյանն ու Մ. Մեսրոպյանը լուծում կտան խնդրին։
Ֆոտոլրագրողի փոխանցմամբ՝ մեծահասակ տղամարդիկ ամեն օր, օրը 10 անգամից ավելի ավտոմեքենայով արտաշատից կամ հարակից գյուղերից ջուր են բերում և բաժանում բնակիչներին։
