Ամռանը երեխաների ջրահեղձության դեպքերն ավելանում են: Առողջապահության նախարարությունից նշում են՝ դժբախտ պատահարներից խուսափելու համար անհրաժեշտ է հիշել, որ ջրահեղձությունը տեղի է ունենում շատ արագ ու անձայն, իսկ երեխաների անվտանգության գլխավոր երաշխիքը մեծահասակի մշտական հսկողությունն է:
Ինչպե՞ս կանխարգելել երեխաների ջրահեղձությունը
Հնարավորինս վաղ տարիքում երեխային սովորեցրեք լողալու տարրական հմտություններ:
Համոզվեք, որ ջրային տարածքին մոտ երեխաները կրում են փրկօղակ կամ փրկարարական բաճկոն, նույնիսկ, եթե նրանք լողալ գիտեն:
Երեխաներին մի՛ թողեք առանց հսկողության, նույնիսկ, եթե նրանք կրում են փրկօղակ կամ փրկարարական բաճկոն։
Երեխային թույլատրեք լողալ միայն դրա համար նախատեսված վայրերում՝ սահմանելով հսկողություն:
Եթե ունեք լողավազան, շուրջը տեղադրեք մեկուսացնող ցանկապատներ:
Մշտապես հետևեք երեխային, երբ նա ջրի մեջ է կամ ջրի մոտակայքում (ներառյալ լոգարանում):
Ամեն անգամ, երբ երեխաները գտնվում են ջրի մեջ կամ դրա շրջակայքում, լողալու հմտություններ ունեցող մեծահասակը պետք է գտնվի երեխայից ձեռքի երկարության հեռավորությամբ:
Մի՛ տարվեք այլ գործերով. ջրահեղձությունը տեղի է ունենում արագ և անձայն:
Սովորեք առաջին օգնության տարրական հմտություններ՝ խեղդվող երեխային անհապաղ սիրտ-թոքային վերակենդանացում կատարելու համար:
Երեխային հնարավորինս վաղ տարիքում պատմեք ջրահեղձ լինելու վտանգի մասին:
Հիշե՛ք, որ ջրահեղձության վտանգները մեծ են ոչ միայն բացօթյա ջրավազաններում, լողավազաննրում, այլև տնային պայմաններում (մանկական լոգարան, դույլ, զուգարան), որտեղ անվտանգության կանոնների խստիվ պահպանումը նույնքան կենսական է:
Ծնողները և խնամակալները պետք է կանխեն երեխայի անվերահսկելի մուտքը լոգարան, լողավազան կամ բաց այլ ջրային տարածք:
Մի՛ զբաղվեք այլ շեղող գործունեությամբ, որը կարող է վտանգել երեխային, ներառյալ հեռախոսի օգտագործումը (օրինակ՝ հաղորդագրություններ ուղարկելը), շփվելը, տնային գործեր կատարելը կամ ալկոհոլ խմելը:
