Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու Իրանը ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդում նախօրեին կոշտ մեղադրանքներ են փոխանակել Բահրեյնի և Քուվեյթի վրա իրանական վերջին հարձակումների, նաև Հորմուզի նեղուցով առևտրային երթևեկությունը խոչընդոտելու թեմաներով։

ՄԱԿ-ում ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մայք Ուոլցը մեղադրել է Իրանին ԱՄՆ-ի հետ պատերազմին վերջ դնող փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը խախտելու մեջ՝ վկայակոչելով Ծոցի հարևաններին հարվածները և Հորմուզի նեղուցով երթևեկության խաթարումը։

«Իրանը չի կարող, և մենք չենք կարող թույլ տալ նրան պատանդ պահել համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը», - հայտարարել է Ուոլցը՝ հորդորելով Թեհրանին դադարեցնել հարձակումները հարևան երկրների վրա և բաց պահել միջազգային մատակարարումների համար առանցքային Հորմուզի նեղուցը:

Դիվանագետն ընդգծել է՝ Իրանի ժողովրդի համար սեղանին դրված է դրական փոփոխության իրական հնարավորություն, «սակայն նախագահ Թրամփի համբերությունն անսահմանափակ չէ»։

Բահրեյնի արտաքին գործերի նախարարն իր խոսքում Թեհրանին մեղադրել է քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները «միտումնավոր կերպով» թիրախավորելու համար՝ նշելով, որ դրա հետևանքով երեք մարդ է զոհվել, 465-ը՝ վիրավորվել։

ՄԱԿ-ում Իրանի ներկայացուցիչ Ամիր Սաիդ Իրավանին հակադարձել է՝ պնդելով, որ ամերիկյան ռազմաբազաներ հյուրընկալող երկրները հայտնվել են իրանական թիրախում, քանի որներգրավվել են ամերիկա-իսրայելական ռազմական գործողությունների կազմակերպման մեջ։

«Նրանց երկրներում ամերիկյան ռազմաբազաների առկայությունը ոչ միայն անվտանգություն չի բերում այդ երկրներին, այլև խոցելի է դարձնում դրանք»,- հայտարարել է պաշտոնյան։

Վաշինգտոնի ներկայացուցիչը «համաշխարհային շանտաժի փորձ» է որակել Թեհրանի արդարացումը։
