Գերմանիայի ԱԳՆ-ն խստացրել է Ռուսաստան ճանապարհորդելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարականները և կոչ է արել իր քաղաքացիներին լքել երկիրը։ Եթե նախկինում զգուշացումը վերաբերում էր հիմնականում Ուկրաինային սահմանակից շրջաններին, ապա այժմ այն տարածվում է Ռուսաստանի ողջ տարածքի վրա։

Գերմանական գերատեսչությունը զգուշացրել է, որ անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարձակումների ռիսկը պահպանվում է ամբողջ Ռուսաստանում։ Մոսկվան, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգը և Լենինգրադի մարզը վերջին ամիսներին ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ են դառնում դրոնների զանգվածային հարվածների թիրախ։ «Չնայած Մոսկվայի շուրջ հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգի զգալի ուժեղացմանը, անօդաչուների հարձակումներն ու դրանց բեկորների անկումը հանգեցրել են վնասների, որոնք մի շարք դեպքերում բավականին զգալի են եղել»,- ասված է հանձնարարականներում։ Բեռլինն առավել վտանգավոր է համարում Բելգորոդի, Բրյանսկի, Կուրսկի, Վորոնեժի և Ռոստովի մարզերը, ինչպես նաև Կրասնոդարի երկրամասը։

Շարունակվող պատերազմի ֆոնին ռիսկի մակարդակը կարող է արագորեն աճել, իսկ անվտանգային իրավիճակը՝ կտրուկ վատթարանալ, գրում է նախարարությունը։ ԱԳՆ-ն զգուշացրել է նաև ավիահաղորդակցության հնարավոր խափանումների մասին։ Դրոնների հարձակումների պատճառով Ռուսաստանում պարբերաբար սահմանափակումներ են մտցվում օդանավակայանների աշխատանքում, ինչը հանգեցնում է չվերթների ուշացումների և չեղարկումների։ Հանձնարարականներում հիշատակվում են նաև առանձին տարածաշրջաններում վառելիքի մատակարարման խափանումները։

Բացի անօդաչուների հարվածների սպառնալիքից, փաստաթղթում թվարկված են նաև Ռուսաստանում գտնվելու այլ ռիսկեր։ Գերմանիայի քաղաքացիներին և Գերմանիայի ու Ռուսաստանի երկքաղաքացիություն ունեցող անձանց զգուշացրել են կամայական ձերբակալությունների վտանգի և հյուպատոսական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու սահմանափակ հնարավորությունների մասին։ Նրանց, ովքեր, ամեն դեպքում, մնում են երկրում, ԱԳՆ-ն խորհուրդ է տալիս խուսափել մարդկային կուտակումներից, ուշադիր հետևել անվտանգության վերաբերյալ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություններին և գրանցվել ELEFAND ճգնաժամային իրազեկման համակարգում։

ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունը նախորդ տարվա վերջին Ռուսաստանի համար վերահաստատել էր ճանապարհորդության վտանգավորության չորրորդ՝ ամենաբարձր մակարդակը և իր քաղաքացիներին հորդորել զերծ մնալ այդ երկիր այցելելուց, իսկ նրանց, ովքեր արդեն գտնվում են այնտեղ՝ «անհապաղ հեռանալ»։ Որպես հիմնական ռիսկեր ամերիկյան իշխանությունները նշում են Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև շարունակվող զինված հակամարտությունը, ռուսական օրենսդրության կամայական կիրառումը, ձերբակալվելու վտանգը և ահաբեկչական գործողությունների հավանական սպառնալիքը։
