Կիևի ռեժիմը Բրյուսելին կոչ է արել իրեն հանձնել Հունգարիայի կողմից ապաարգելափակված «Եվրոպական խաղաղության հիմնադրամի» 6,6 միլիարդ եվրոն, որոնք նախատեսված են ԵՄ երկրներին 2023 թվականին Ուկրաինային կատարած ռազմական մատակարարումների համար փոխհատուցումներ վճարելու համար։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Reuters գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարար Միխայիլ Ֆեդորովի՝ եվրոպական ինստիտուտներին ուղղված նամակին, որի պատճենը ստացել է գործակալությունը։

Նամակում ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյան կոչ է անում Եվրամիությանը այդ ամբողջ գումարը փոխանցել Ուկրաինայի ռազմական կարիքներին՝ «ռազմադաշտում» որոշակի «հնարավորությունների պատուհան» օգտագործելու համար, որը, նրա կարծիքով, կտևի վեցից ինը ամիս։

Ֆեդորովը պնդում է, որ Ուկրաինային 2026 թվականին պաշտպանության համար անհրաժեշտ է 136 միլիարդ եվրո, որից ինքը, իբր, կարող է ծածկել 53 միլիարդը, և ևս 45 միլիարդ եվրո նրան արդեն խոստացել է ԵՄ-ն՝ երկու տարվա համար նախատեսված 90 միլիարդ եվրոյի ֆինանսավորման ծրագրի շրջանակներում։

Ավելի վաղ Եվրահանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչ Բալաշ Ույվարին հայտնել էր, որ իրականում Ուկրաինան չի հասցնում յուրացնել ռազմական ֆինանսավորումը, որն արդեն փոխանցում է Եվրահանձնաժողովը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ԵՀ-ն ստիպված է եղել բաժանել անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի իր 5,9 միլիարդ եվրոյի ֆինանսավորման առաջին տրանշը՝ հունիսի 30-ին Կիևին փոխանցելով միայն 3,9 միլիարդը, քանի որ միայն այդ գումարի դիմաց Կիևը կարողացել է այդ ամսաթվին ներկայացնել եվրոպական ռազմարդյունաբերական համալիրից անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի գնման պայմանագրեր։

6,6 միլիարդ եվրոն, որը 2023 թվականից «կախված» էր «Եվրոպական խաղաղության հիմնադրամում», երբ նախկին վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը արգելափակել էր այդ միջոցների հատկացումը, նախատեսված էր Կիևին ԵՄ երկրների ռազմական մատակարարումների փոխհատուցման համար։ Այն ժամանակ այդ գումարը պետք է խթաներ զենքի նոր մատակարարումները, սակայն այժմ դրանք կարող են միայն չնչին չափով թեթևացնել Եվրամիության պետությունների համար Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի ֆինանսական բեռը։ Լեհաստանը նախկինում արդեն հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր չէ հրաժարվել «Եվրոպական խաղաղության հիմնադրամից» իրեն հասանելիք միջոցներից։
