Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության աջակցությամբ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը մեկնարկում է «Վարչաֆեստ 2026» երիտասարդական ամառային երաժշտական փառատոնը՝ նոր հարթակ, որը միավորում է երիտասարդ երաժիշտներին, ստեղծագործական գաղափարներն ու երաժշտության շուրջ ձեւավորվող համայնքը։

Հայտնում են ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմից։

Մասնակից երաժշտական խմբերը հնարավորություն կունենան իրենց ստեղծագործությունները և կատարումները ներկայացնելու լայն լսարանին, իսկ լավագույնները կարժանանան մրցանակների՝ 10 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր մրցանակային ֆոնդից։

Մրցանակային ֆոնդ

Գլխավոր մրցանակ՝ 4 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ։

Առաջին մրցանակ՝ 3 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ

Երկրորդ մրցանակ՝ 2 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ

Երրորդ մրցանակ՝ 1 000 000 ՀՀ դրամ

Մասնակցության հիմնական պայմանները

Մասնակցության հայտ կարող են ներկայացնել բացառապես երաժշտական խմբերը, որոնց կազմում ընդգրկված ներկայացուցիչները պետք է լինեն 13-ից 35 տարեկան, իսկ խմբի կազմը պետք է ներառի առնվազն 3 անդամ։

Նախընտրական փուլին մասնակցելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել տեսաձայնագրություն՝ այն ուղարկելով [email protected] էլեկտրոնային հասցեին:

Ելույթները պետք է իրականացվեն բացառապես կենդանի կատարմամբ (Live Performance), իսկ մասնակից խմբերը պետք է հանդես գան վոկալ-գործիքային կազմով։

Ընդունվում են բոլոր երաժշտական ժանրերի հայտերը:

Փառատոնային ծրագիրը պետք է բաղկացած լինի առավելագույնը 3 ստեղծագործությունից՝ 10-12 րոպե ընդհանուր տեւողությամբ։

Հայտերը կարող են ներկայացնել նաև օտարերկրյա ներկայացուցիչները։

Մասնակցության հնարավորություն է նախատեսված նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից դուրս բնակվող և գործունեություն իրականացնող երաժշտական խմբերի համար (մասնակցության հետ կապված ծախսերի փոխհատուցում ծրագրով նախատեսված չէ):   

Հայտերի ընդունման ժամկետը՝ 2026 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից մինչև հուլիսի 20-ը ներառյալ։

Փառատոնի եզրափակիչ փուլը կկայանա 2026 թվականի օգոստոսի 22-ին՝ Սևանա լճի ափին։

Փառատոնի հաղթողները կորոշվեն մասնագիտական ժյուրիի և հանդիսատեսի համատեղ գնահատման արդյունքում՝ 50/50 սկզբունքով, ինչը կապահովի մասնագիտական գնահատականի և հանրային ընտրության հավասարակշռված համադրությունը։

«Վարչաֆեստ 2026»-ը նպատակ ունի դառնալու ոչ միայն երաժշտական մրցույթ, այլև երիտասարդության, մշակույթի և ստեղծարար մտքի զարգացման ամենամյա հարթակ՝ նպաստելով նոր տաղանդների բացահայտմանը, ստեղծագործական համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը, ներքին զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը և Հայաստանի մշակութային ճանաչելիության բարձրացմանը։
