Մոնակոյի իշխանապետությունում, որը գտնվում է Ֆրանսիայի սահմանից ոչ հեռու, պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել Ռևերան Պեր Լուի Ֆրոլա փողոցի բնակելի շենքերից մեկում։ Վիրավորվել է երեք մարդ, այդ թվում՝ ուկրաինացի բիզնեսմեն Վադիմ Երմոլաևը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հաղորդում է BBC-ի ռուսական ծառայությունը։
