Անտվերպենի ադամանդի կենտրոնը, ԱՄՆ-ի անկախության 250-ամյակի առթիվ, Թրամփին 321 ադամանդով մատանի է նվիրել

Անտվերպենի համաշխարհային ադամանդի կենտրոնը (AWDC) ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփին նվիրել է 321 բնական ադամանդով ոսկյա մատանի՝ ի պատիվ ԱՄՆ անկախության 250-ամյակի։ Մատանին փոխանցվել է Բելգիայում Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպան Բիլ Ուայթին, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
Նշվում է, որ մատանին պատրաստված է ոսկուց և զարդարված է 321 բնական ադամանդով և 75 այլ թանկարժեք քարերով։
«Միացյալ Նահանգները սերունդներ շարունակ մեր հիմնական առևտրային գործընկերն է։ Անտվերպենում վաճառված բնական ադամանդների մեծ մասը, ի վերջո, հայտնվում է ամերիկացի գնորդների մոտ։ Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ այս մատանին դառնա մեր սերտ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների խորհրդանիշը»,- նշել են անտվերպենցի ոսկերիչները։
Նրանք հատկապես ընդգծել են, որ մատանին պատրաստելիս օգտագործվել են միայն բնական ադամանդներ։
«Բնական և արհեստական ադամանդները անզեն աչքով հնարավոր չէ տարբերել, սակայն դրանց ծագումը, եզակիությունը, արժեքը և կարգավիճակը որակապես տարբերվում են», - ասվում է կենտրոնի հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Անտվերպենի ադամանդի բիզնեսը, որը դարեր շարունակ պատկանել է տեղի հրեական համայնքին, զբաղվում է հենց բնական քարերի մշակմամբ և առևտրով՝ վերջին տարիներին լուրջ խնդիրներ ունենալով ԱՄՆ-ում հատկապես տարածված ավելի էժան արհեստական ադամանդների հետ մրցակցության պատճառով։ Անտվերպենի համար հատկապես ծանր հարված էր 2024 թվականից ռուսական ադամանդների առևտուրն արգելող ԵՄ պատժամիջոցները։ Սա հանգեցրեց մի քանի տեղական ընկերությունների սնանկացմանը և 2023-ից 2025 թվականներին ադամանդների առևտրի ծավալի կրճատմանը գրեթե 2 անգամ՝ 10-ից հասնելով 6 մլրդ եվրոյի։
Մասնագետները նշում էին, որ ադամանդների վերաբերյալ ԵՄ պատժամիջոցները «նվեր» են դարձել ԱՄՆ-ում սինթետիկ ադամանդներ արտադրողների համար։
