ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը հունիսի 29-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Դեյվիդ Ալենին։

Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև ձևավորված արդյունավետ գործընկերությունը՝ ընդգծելով 2025 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ին ԱՄՆ Վաշինգտոն քաղաքում ստորագրված «Արհեստական բանականության և կիսահաղորդիչների ոլորտում համագործակցության վերաբերյալ փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի» ռազմավարական նշանակությունը։

Նախարարը նշել է, որ հուշագրի ստորագրումը երկկողմ համագործակցության խթանման աննախադեպ կարևորություն ունի և պետք է առավելագույն ջանքեր գործադրել՝ փաստաթուղթն արդյունավետ կապիտալիզացնելու և կոնկրետ արդյունքների վերածելու համար։ Որպես համագործակցության առաջնային ուղղություններ առանձնացվել են բարձր արտադրողականությամբ հաշվողական ռեսուրսների ապահովումը, ինչպես նաև ամերիկյան խոշոր տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունների հետ փոխգործակցության ընդլայնումը: 

Դեյվիդ Ալենն իր հերթին վերահաստատել է Միացյալ Նահանգների պատրաստակամությունը՝ աջակցելու հայկական տեխնոլոգիական էկոհամակարգի զարգացմանը։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև կիսահաղորդիչների ոլորտում ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ համագործակցության առանցքային ձեռքբերումներից մեկին՝ «Մայքրոչիփ Թեքնոլոջի» (Microchip Technology) ընկերությանը առաջադեմ տեխնոլոգիաների արտահանման լիցենզիա տրամադրելուն։ Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ սա երկկողմ հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունք է, և այս համագործակցությունը հաստատում է երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորված բարձր փոխվստահությունը: Այս համատեքստում նախարարը շեշտել է, որ Հայաստանի համար ԱՄՆ արտահանման վերահսկողության ռեժիմում ավելի բարենպաստ կարգավիճակի անցումը կդառնա ռազմավարական գործընկերության տրամաբանական և օրինաչափ շարունակությունը: 

Քննարկվել են նաև Հայաստանում YouTube-ի դրամայանցման ներկա ընթացքը, թվային հարթակների զարգացման, ամերիկյան տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունների ներկայության ընդլայնման, ինչպես նաև Վաշինգտոնում առաջիկայում նախատեսվող ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության և ԱՄՆ Հաղորդակցությունների դաշնային հանձնաժողովի (FCC) միջև փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրմանն առնչվող հարցեր։ 

Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը վերահաստատել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև ռազմավարական տեխնոլոգիական գործընկերության հետագա խորացման պատրաստակամությունը։
