ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում ավարտվել է Ռ.Ս.-ի հոր սպանության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ 2025 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ին Կոմիտասի պողոտայի 44 շենքի բակում անհայտ անձը տարբեր հրազեններով կրակոցներ է արձակել «Toyota» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Ռ.Ս.-ի ուղղությամբ և դիմել փախուստի, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց և ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներից մահացել։

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացված մեծածավալ վարութային և ապացուցողական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ռ.Ս-ի սպանությունը Ա.Խ.-ի օժանդակությամբ կատարել է դատապարտված Ա.Ս.-ն:

Քննիչի միջնորդության հիման վրա հսկող դատախազի կողմից Ա.Ս.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանությունը), 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (հրազենի և ռազմամթերքի ապօրինի շրջանառությունը) և 264-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (գույքը ոչնչացնելը կամ վնասելը), իսկ Ա.Խ.-ի նկատմամբ` 46-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (սպանությանն օժանդակելը):

Ա.Ս.-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը, իսկ Ա.Խ.-ի վերաբերյալ կայացվել է կալանավորման որոշում և հայտարարվել հետախուզում: Ա.Ս.-ի վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
