Հունիսի 26-ին Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում ընդունեց Հայկական Բարեգործական Ընդհանուր Միության (ՀԲԸՄ) Երևանի «Գլոբալ առաջնորդության» և «Բացահայտիր Հայաստանը» ծրագրերի մասնակից սփյուռքահայ երիտասարդներին՝ ուղեկցությամբ ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանի նախագահ, ՀԲԸՄ Կենտրոնական վարչության անդամ տիար Վազգեն Յակուբյանի։ Հայտնում են Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական կենտրոնից։

Հանդիպմանը տիար Վազգեն Յակուբյանը Նորին Սրբությանը տեղեկություններ փոխանցեց իրականացվող ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ՝ ընդգծելով դրանց կարևորությունը սփյուռքահայ երիտասարդների ազգային ինքնագիտակցության, Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի և հայրենիքի հետ կապի ամրապնդման գործում։Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսն իր հայրական օրհնությունն ու պատգամը բերելով երիտասարդներին՝ գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեց, որ ՀԲԸՄ-ն իր աշխարհասփյուռ կառույցներով համախմբում է հայորդիներին, ազգապահպան իր առաքելության շրջանակում իրականացնում կրթական, մշակութային ու երիտասարդական բազմաբնույթ ծրագրեր՝ սերտորեն համագործակցելով նաև Հայոց Եկեղեցու հետ։Վեհափառ Հայրապետը բարձր գնահատեց ՀԲԸՄ-ի կրթադաստիարակչական և հայրենաճանաչության ամենամյա նախաձեռնությունները, որոնց շնորհիվ սփյուռքահայ երիտասարդները հնարավորություն են ունենում ճանաչելու և բացահայտելու հայրենիքը՝ նրա պատմությունը, հոգևոր ու մշակութային ժառանգությունը, ինչպես նաև հաղորդ դառնալու հայրենի իրականությանը։ Այս առնչությամբ Նորին Սրբությունը նկատեց, որ հայրենաճանաչությունը կարևոր պայման է ազգային ինքնության պահպանման և հայրենիքի հանդեպ սիրո ու պատասխանատվության գիտակցության զորացման համար։Հայոց Հայրապետը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանում անցկացրած օրերը անջնջելի դրոշմ են թողնելու հայորդիների հոգում՝ զորացնելով նրանց ազգային ոգին ու գիտակցությունը և դառնալով ներշնչանքի աղբյուր՝ հայրենիքում ձեռք բերած գիտելիքներն ու փորձառությունը ծառայեցնելու իրենց համայնքների շենացմանն ու հայրենիքի բարօրությանը։
