Հանրային անվտանգության ապահովման գործում թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարը շարունակում է մնալ իրավապահ համակարգի առաջնահերթությունը։ Կյանքեր կործանող այս չարիքի դեմ պայքարն անզիջում է, իսկ կանխարգելման միջոցառումները՝ շարունակական։ Ու նաև այս խնդրի շուրջ միջազգային հանրության ջանքերը համախմբելու նպատակով է, որ հունիսի 26-ն աշխարհում նշվում է որպես Թմրամիջոցների օգտագործման և դրանց ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի օր։

ՆԳՆ-ից հայտնում են՝ 2026 թվականի 5 ամիսների ընթացքում ՀՀ տարածքում արձանագրվել է թմրամիջոցների հետ կապված հանցագործության 1313 դեպք։

«Ոստիկանությունը հետևողական պայքար է տանում թմրամիջոցների շրջանառության դեմ՝ հատկապես մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցների ներմուծումը ՀՀ կանխելու ուղղությամբ»,- նշում է ՆԳՆ քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության պետի տեղակալ Գևորգ Ասրյանը։

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության բոլոր հենասյունային ուղղությունների որդեգրած համակարգային մոտեցման և արդյունավետ պայքարի շնորհիվ կանխվում է նաև փոքր խմբաքանակներով թմրամիջոցների տարածումը․ բացահայտվում են դրանց պահման, օգտագործման և իրացման ամբողջական շղթաները՝ հնարավորություն տալով առավել արդյունավետ հակազդել հանցավորության ընդլայնմանը։

Թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակում ՆԳ նախարարությունը իրավապահ մարմինների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների և միջազգային գործընկերների հետ թիրախային աշխատանք է իրականացնում։ Արդյունավետության մասին փաստում են գրանցված արդյունքները․ միայն այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում ապօրինի շրջանառությունից հանվել է շուրջ 147 կգ տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոց։

Ապօրինի թմրաշրջանառության դեմ պայքարը միջգերատեսչական մակարդակում պահանջում է համալիր մոտեցում՝ ներառելով հանրային առողջապահության և անվտանգության բաղադրիչներ։

ՆԳ նախարարությունը թմրամիջոցներից զերծ և անվտանգ միջավայր ապահովելու հանձառությամբ շարունակելու է անզիջում պայքար մղել՝ նպատակ ունենալով կանխարգելել թմրամոլությունը և կասեցնել թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությունը։
