Սրբուհի Գալյանը ՌԴ արդարադատության նախարարին հրավիրել է Հայաստան

Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ քաղաքում, Պետերբուրգյան միջազգային իրավաբանական 14-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակում, հանդիպել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդարադատության նախարար Կոնստանտին Չույչենկոյին։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նախարարության ֆեյսբուքյան էջից:
Նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել երկկողմ հանդիպման անցկացումը՝ որպես արդարադատության նախարարությունների միջև համագործակցության արդիական ուղղությունները քննարկելու և փոխգործակցության հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարները նախանշելու կարևոր հնարավորություն։
Կոնստանտին Չույչենկոն կարևորել է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությունը և առաջարկել է ընդլայնել երկկողմ պայմանագրային բազան։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը կարևորել են նաև իրավական օգնության ոլորտում համագործակցության զարգացումը՝ ընդգծելով, որ այն երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման և իրավասու մարմինների միջև արդյունավետ փոխգործակցության ապահովման առանցքային ուղղություններից է։
Սրբուհի Գալյանն անդրադարձել է նաև իրավական փոխօգնության վերաբերյալ հարցումների կատարման մեխանիզմների հետագա կատարելագործման անհրաժեշտությանը՝ շեշտադրելով ոլորտում գործնական համագործակցության շարունակական զարգացման կարևորությունը։
Կողմերը քննարկել են նաև պրոբացիայի ոլորտում համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները՝ կարևորելով փորձի փոխանակումն ու ոլորտում արդյունավետ լուծումների ներդրումը։
Օգտվելով առիթից՝ Սրբուհի Գալյանը ՌԴ արդարադատության նախարարին հրավիրել է մասնակցելու ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների արդարադատության նախարարների խորհրդի 20-րդ նիստին, որը կկայանա սույն թվականի նոյեմբերին Երևանում։
Նշված միջոցառումը կարևոր հարթակ է իրավական համագործակցության արդիական հարցերի քննարկման, մասնագիտական փորձի փոխանակման և փոխգործակցության առաջնահերթ ուղղություններով համատեղ մոտեցումների մշակման համար։
