Վարչապետն անհրաժեշտ է համարում գույքագրման պատշաճ կազմակերպումը

Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում փետրվարի 19-ին քննարկվել է ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության՝ 2015թ. ընթացքում կատարված հիմնական աշխատանքների, ՀՀ կառավարության 2015թ. գործունեության միջոցառումների ծրագրի և գնահատված կատարողականի հաշվետվությունը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, պետգույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանը զեկուցել է, որ իր ղեկավարած գերատեսչությունը հաշվետու տարում կատարել է ՀՀ կառավարության՝ 2015թ. գործունեության ծրագրով սահմանված միջոցառումները: Մասնավորապես, մշակվել և կառավարություն են ներկայացվել իրավական ակտեր՝ ուղղված պետական գույքի կառավարման, այդ թվում՝ մասնավորեցման, պետական մասնակցությամբ առևտրային կազմակերպությունների գործունեու թյան կարգավորման և լուծարման ոլորտում քաղաքականության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:
Արման Սահակյանն ամփոփ տեղեկատվություն է ներկայացրել 2015թ. պետական գույքի հաշվառման, մասնավորեցումից, օտարումից և վարձակալությունից ստացված միջոցների վերաբերյալ: Նրա խոսքով, 2015թ. ստացված միջոցները կազմել են 2 875 349.2 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, որից ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է փոխանցվել 2 787 025.1 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, համայնքային բյուջեներ՝ 29 141.8 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ ՊՈԱԿ-ների բյուջեներ՝ 47 440.5 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, Վարչության արտաբյուջե՝ 11 000.5 հազար ՀՀ դրամ: 2015թ. ստացված դրամական միջոցները 2014 թ. համեմատ ավելացել են 720 513.8 հազար ՀՀ դրամով. աճը կազմել է 33.4 տոկոս:
Վարչապետը դրական է գնահատել ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության 2015թ. գործունեությունը՝ նշելով, որ հաշվետու տարում նախատեսված բոլոր միջոցառումները կատարվել են: Կառավարության ղեկավարը միաժամանակ կարևորել է պետական գույքի կառավարման արդյունավետության էլ ավելի բարձրացմանն ուղղված քայլերի ձեռնարկումը՝ անհրաժեշտ համարելով գույքագրման, ինչպես նաև մյուս գործընթացների պատշաճ կազմակերպումը:
