ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց ՏԿԱԻ նախարարությունը տարանջատելու նախագիծը

Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունները տարանջատելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը:«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության կառուցվածքի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացում և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքին կողմ քվեարկեց 68, դեմ՝ 20 ձեռնպահ՝ 1 պատգամավոր:
Օրենքի նախագծով նախատեսվում է տարանջատել տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգի իրավիճակների նախարարությունները: Որոշումը պայմանավորված է քաղաքական համագործակցության արդյունքում առաջացած անհրաժեշտությամբ:
Ազգային ժողովի ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունը դեմ է քվեարկել տարանջատմանը: ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը նշեց, որ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» կտրականապես դեմ է այս նախագծին և չի կարող կողմ քվեարկել դրան: Նա հավելեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ն հաջողություն է մաղթում ՀՀԿ-ՀՅԴ համագործակցությանը: ««Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը» ի սրտե ցանկանում է, որ այդ համագործակցությունը հաջողվի՝ հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զարգացման: Ցանկանում ենք, որ այդ համագործակցության արդյունքում իսկապես հնարավոր լինի լուծել երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրները: Սակայն նման նախագծին կողմ քվեարկել մենք չենք կարող, քանի որ դեմ ենք այն սկզբունքին, որ սա արվում է քաղաքական համագործակցության համար»,- եզրափակեց Զոհրաբյանը:
