Tasnim լրատվական գործակալության ստացած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, Իրանը կդադարեցնի ցանկացած բանակցություն, եթե Իսրայելը չհեռանա Լիբանանից։

Tasnim-ի ստացած տեղեկությունները վկայում են, որ եթե ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի նախագահների կողմից ստորագրված Իսլամաբադի փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի 1-ին հոդվածը չպահպանվի, ապա Իրանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև մնացած բոլոր հարցերի շուրջ ցանկացած բանակցություն կդադարեցվի։ Փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի 1-ին հոդվածում ասվում է. «Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները, ինչպես նաև նրանց դաշնակիցները ներկայիս պատերազմում, ստորագրում են սույն փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը՝ հայտարարելու բոլոր ճակատներում, ներառյալ Լիբանանում, ռազմական գործողությունների անհապաղ և մշտական դադարեցման մասին, և պարտավորվում են հետագայում միմյանց դեմ չսկսել որևէ պատերազմ կամ որևէ այլ ռազմական գործողություն, ինչպես նաև զերծ մնալ միմյանց նկատմամբ ուժի սպառնալիքից կամ դրա կիրառումից և ապահովել Լիբանանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն ու ինքնիշխանությունը։

Վերջնական համաձայնագիրը կհաստատի պատերազմի վերջնական դադարեցումը բոլոր ճակատներում, այդ թվում՝ Լիբանանում, ինչպես նաև այս կետի մյուս դրույթները»։

Tasnim-ի տեղեկությունների համաձայն, սա գործողությունների հստակ ծրագիր է, ըստ որի Իրանը չպետք է որևէ քայլ ձեռնարկի՝ առանց բանակցությունների մեկնարկի համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր դրույթների կատարման, և մասնավորապես՝ առանց 13-րդ հոդվածի պահպանման։

13-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն, «սույն փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրումից հետո և պայմանով, որ սկսվի սույն փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի 1-ին, 4-րդ, 5-րդ, 10-րդ և 11-րդ կետերի իրականացումը և այդ միջոցառումների կատարումը շարունակվի, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը և Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները կսկսեն բանակցություններ վերջնական համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ՝ բացառապես մյուս կետերի շուրջ»։

«Որոշ վերլուծական նյութեր ցույց են տալիս, որ բանակցությունները ձգձգելով և Լիբանանում Իսրայելի ձեռքերն ազատ թողնելով՝ ԱՄՆ-ն մտադիր է խոչընդոտել, որպեսզի Իրանը կոշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկի Իսրայելի և ԱՄՆ-ի դեմ՝ ժամանակը Իսրայելի օգտին կառավարելու ջանքերի շրջանակում։ Սակայն Իրանը կմտնի կոշտ արձագանքի փուլ՝ հաշվի առնելով Լիբանանում իսրայելական օկուպացիայի և հանցագործությունների շարունակությունը», - գրում է իրանական գործակալությունը։
