Սարսափելի ՃՏՊ և հրդեհ Տեխասում․ զոհվել է առնվազն վեց մարդ, այդ թվում՝ երեխաներ

ԱՄՆ Տեխաս նահանգում շաբաթ կեսօրին տեղի է ունեցել ծանր ճանապարհատրանսպորտային վթար, որի հետևանքով զոհվել է առնվազն վեց մարդ, այդ թվում՝ երկու երեխա, հայտնում է Daily Mail-ը։
Տեխասի Հանրային անվտանգության դեպարտամենտի (Texas Department of Public Safety) տվյալներով, բախումը տեղի է ունեցել մոտավորապես ժամը 16:30-ին State Highway 171 մայրուղու վրա՝ Հիլ շրջանի Բայնում և Մելոուն բնակավայրերի միջև։
Նախնական հետաքննությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ դեպի հյուսիս ընթացող թեթև մարդատար ավտոմեքենան փորձել է շրջանցել մեկ այլ տրանսպորտային միջոց և դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց գոտի, որտեղ ճակատային բախման է ենթարկվել ուղևորատար ֆուրգոնի հետ։ Հարվածից հետո երկու մեքենաներն էլ բռնկվել են և ամբողջությամբ պատվել կրակով։
Դեպքի վայրում արձանագրվել է չորս մարդու՝ երկու մեծահասակի և երկու երեխայի մահը։ Եվս մեկ երեխա վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց, սակայն նրա կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում։ Թեթև մարդատար ավտոմեքենայի ևս երկու ուղևոր նույնպես զոհվել են, ինչի հետևանքով զոհերի ընդհանուր թիվը հասել է վեցի։
Զոհվածների անուններն առայժմ չեն հրապարակվում․ իշխանությունները սպասում են հարազատներին տեղեկացնելուն։ Քննությունը շարունակվում է, լրացուցիչ մանրամասներ չեն հաղորդվում։
Տեղական ծառայությունները նշում են, որ հետևանքների վերացման աշխատանքներին ներգրավվել են հրշեջ ստորաբաժանումներ, փրկարարներ և բուժաշխատողներ, այդ թվում՝ Բայնումի, Փենելոփի և Հիլսբորոյի հրշեջ ծառայությունները, ինչպես նաև Careflite շտապ օգնության ծառայությունը։
Միջադեպը տեղի է ունեցել Տեխասում տեղի ունեցած այլ մահացու դեպքերի շարքի ֆոնին․ ավելի վաղ նույն շաբաթվա ընթացքում փոքր ուղևորատար Cessna Citation Latitude ինքնաթիռը կործանվել էր Լարեդոյի շրջանում գտնվող մայրուղու վրա, ինչի հետևանքով մեկ մարդ զոհվել էր, իսկ հինգը ծխից թունավորում էին ստացել։
