Դանակահարություն ռեստորանային համալիրում. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 17-ին ռեստորանային համալիրում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության դեպքի առթիվ։ Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։
Փետրվարի 17-ին՝ ժամը 01։10-ի սահմաններում, «Աստղիկ» Բ/Կ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ «կրծքավադակի կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 1981թ. ծնված Ա.Ալեքսանյանը։
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 35-ամյա տղամարդուն ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքը պատճառվել է ռեստորանային համալիրում՝ փետրվարի 17-ին՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։
Դեպքի առթիվ նույն օրը Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ:
Ա.Ալեքսանյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող, սակայն չի հարցաքննվել. ըստ բժշկի տեղեկանքի՝ տուժածը վիրահատվել է, գտնվում է անգիտակից վիճակում և չի կարող ցուցմունք տալ։
Փետրվարի 17-ին իրավապահ մարմիններին է ներկայացել Երևանի 33-ամյա բնակիչը և հայտարարել, որ Ա.Ալեքսանյանին ռեստորանում ինքն է դանակահարել։ Վերջինս, որպես կասկածյալ, փետրվարի 17-ին ձերբակալվել է, մանրամնասն ցուցմունք տվել դեպքի շուրջ, հայտարարել, որ զղջում է կատարածի համար՝ նշելով, որ տուժողը մորեղբոր որդու և նրա երեխաների կնքահայրն է և նրան ճանաչում է 2008 թվականից։ Ըստ կասկածյալի՝ հանցաքը կատարել է ալկոհոլ օգտագործած վիճակում, որից հետո նրան տեղափոխել է հիվանդանոց:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցվածչէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
