Այսօր ցանկանում եմ ձեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրել մի թեմայի վրա, որն առաջին հայացքից թվում է գեղեցիկ ու անմեղ, բայց իր մեջ պարունակում է լուրջ, երբեմն անտեսված ռիսկեր մեր առողջության և սննդի անվտանգության համար։ Խոսքը սննդի սուպերմարկետներում դեկորատիվ ծաղիկների և թաղարներով բույսերի վաճառքի մասին է։

Մենք բոլորս սովոր ենք սուպերմարկետներում տեսնել գեղեցիկ ձևավորված ծաղկային անկյուններ։ Սա ընդունված և տարածված պրակտիկա է ամբողջ աշխարհում, և օրենքն այն չի արգելում։ Սակայն հարցն այլ է. արդյո՞ք մենք գիտենք, թե ինչ է թաքնված այդ գեղեցկության հետևում, և արդյո՞ք պահպանվում են անհրաժեշտ սանիտարական նորմերը։

Մեծագույն խնդիրն առաջանում է այն ժամանակ, երբ այդ ծաղիկները, ջերմոցներում կամ հենց խանութում, մշակվում են զանազան քիմիկատներով՝ միջատների (ինսեկտիցիդներ) կամ սնկային հիվանդությունների (ֆունգիցիդներ) դեմ։ Սա բույսերի խնամքի պարտադիր մասն է, բայց սննդի խանութում այն դառնում է «ական»՝ սպառողի համար։

Երբ մենք նույն սայլակի մեջ դնում ենք թարմ հացը, մրգերը և վնասատուների դեմ նոր սրսկված ծաղիկը, մենք ստեղծում ենք խաչաձև աղտոտման ուղիղ սպառնալիք։ Քիմիկատների մնացորդները, գոլորշին կամ թունավոր հոտը կարող են ներծծվել սննդամթերքի մեջ։

Այս իրավիճակում մենք պետք է հստակ արձանագրենք երեք անկյունաքարային պահանջ, որոնք պետք է լինեն անսակարկելի.

Առաջին՝ Տարածքային կտրուկ տարանջատում։ Ծաղիկների բաժինը չի կարող գտնվել բաց սննդամթերքի՝ հացաբուլկեղենի, մսի կամ բանջարեղենի կողքին։ Անհրաժեշտ է ապահովել հեռավորություն և առանձին օդափոխություն։

Երկրորդ՝ Խիստ վերահսկողություն «սպասման շրջանի» նկատմամբ։ Սրսկումից հետո բույսը իրավունք չունի հայտնվելու վաճառասրահում, քանի դեռ թույնը չի քայքայվել մինչև մարդու համար բացարձակ անվտանգ մակարդակ։ Վաճառքի պահին դրանց վրա չպետք է լինեն քիմիկատների թաց հետքեր։

Երրորդ՝ Սպառողի իրազեկում։ Քաղաքացին իրավունք ունի գիտակցելու՝ արդյո՞ք իր գնած բույսը անվտանգ է տուն տանելու, երեխայի սենյակում դնելու կամ սննդի կողքին տեղավորելու համար։

Մեր հիմնական ուղերձը պարզ է. գեղեցիկ բիզնեսը չի կարող արվել քաղաքացիների առողջության հաշվին։ Եթե խանութում ծաղիկները սրսկվում են անմիջապես սրահում կամ վաճառվում են թունավոր նյութերի թաց հետքերով, դա ոչ թե պարզապես թերացում է, այլ սանիտարական նորմերի և օրենքի կոպիտ խախտում:

Մենք կոչ ենք անում տնտեսվարողներին ցուցաբերել բարձր սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն, իսկ պատկան մարմիններին՝ խստացնել վերահսկողությունը սուպերմարկետների այս սպեցիֆիկ բաժինների նկատմամբ։ Սննդի անվտանգությունը զիջումներ չի ճանաչում։
