Ամռանը, օդի բարձր ջերմաստիճանի և սննդամթերքի անվտանգության կանոնների խախտման գործոններով պայմանավորված, մեծանում է աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների տարածման ռիսկը։

Աղիքային վարակներից խուսափելու համար Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետները են տալիս հետևել սննդի անվտանգության և սանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերի պահպանման որոշ պարզ կանոնների՝ այդպիսով նվազագույնի հասցնելով աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների սեզոնային բռնկումները։

Աղիքային վարակների բռնկման հիմնական պատճառներն են՝ սննդամթերքի պատրաստման տեխնոլոգիական կանոնների խախտումը, մթերքների ոչ ճիշտ պահպանումը, պիտանիության ժամկետների անտեսումը, սնունդ պատրաստելիս և օգտագործելիս անձնական հիգիենայի կանոնների խախտումը։

Աղիքային վարակների հիմնական ախտանիշներն են՝ մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը, որովայնային ցավը, փորլուծությունը, սրտխառնոցը, փսխումը, թուլությունը։

Աղիքային վարակների կանխարգելման հիմնական կանոններն են՝ խմել միայն եռացրած կամ շշալցված ջուր, մանրակրկիտ լվանալ բանջարեղենը, մրգերն ու կանաչեղենը, ապահովել մսի, թռչնամսի, ձվի և ձկան բավարար ջերմային մշակումը, հում մթերքները պահել պատրաստի սննդից առանձին՝ օգտագործելով տարբեր դարակներ և կտրատելու համար նախատեսված տարբեր տախտակներ, չգնել սննդամթերք փողոցներից և ոչ արտոնված վաճառքի վայրերից, պարբերաբար լվանալ և ախտահանել բնակելի տարածքների մակերեսները։

Անձնական հիգիենայի պահպանման հիմնական կանոններն են՝ լվանալ ձեռքերը ուտելուց առաջ, զուգարանից օգտվելուց հետո, զբոսանքից ու կենդանիների հետ շփումից հետո։

Սովորեցրեք ձեր երեխաներին ևս պահպանել հիգիենայի այս պարզ կանոնները։

Բնության գրկում հանգստի ընթացքում ևս հորդորում ենք խստորեն պահպանել սննդի անվտանգության կանոնները. նախ ձեռքերը, այնուհետ սնունդը հոսող ջրի տակ լավ լվանալով, որևէ բան պատրաստելիս հնարավորինս զերծ մնալով երկրորդային աղտոտումից, շուտ փչացող սնունդը պահելով միայն սառնարանում, դուք կխուսափեք աղիքային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների սեզոնային բռնկումներից։
