Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, քանի որ բազմաթիվ հարցեր են հնչում այն մասին, թե ինչ փուլում է գտնվում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության կողմից իրականացվող իրավական գործընթացը, ցանկանում եմ տեղեկացնել հետևյալի մասին։

Հունիսի 7-ին կայացած ընտրությունների արդյունքում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունն ակնհայտորեն հավաքել է անհրաժեշտ քանակի ձայներ և հաղթահարել Ազգային ժողով անցնելու համար սահմանված անցողիկ շեմը։ Սակայն դրանից հետո Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը, ապօրինի որոշմամբ անվավեր ճանաչեց երեք ընտրատեղամասերի քվեարկության արդյունքները, ինչի հետևանքով «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը արհեստականորեն զրկվեց խորհրդարանում ներկայացված լինելու հնարավորությունից։

Այնուհետև Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը, խախտելով օրենքի պահանջները, չիրականացրեց վերաքվեարկություն այդ տեղամասերում՝ երկրորդ անգամ ոտնահարելով օրենքի գերակայության սկզբունքը և քաղաքացիների ընտրական իրավունքները։ Մենք բազմիցս նշել ենք և այսօր ևս վերահաստատում ենք, որ սա որևէ կերպ միայն «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության շահերի պաշտպանության հարց չէ։ Սա պայքար է արդարության վերականգնման համար։ Այդ երեք ընտրատեղամասերում պետք է անցկացվի վերաքվեարկություն, որպեսզի քաղաքացիների կամարտահայտությունն ամբողջությամբ իրացվի, և յուրաքանչյուր քվե ստանա իր իրավական նշանակությունը։

Անընդունելի է, երբ ավելի քան 3 000 մեր հայրենակիցներ զրկվում են իրենց ընտրելու իրավունքից։ Ընտրողն է որոշում, թե որ քաղաքական ուժերը պետք է ներկայացված լինեն Ազգային ժողովում, և որևէ վարչական կամ քաղաքական որոշում չի կարող փոխարինել ժողովրդի կամքին։ Ընտրությունների արդյունքը ժողովուրդն է որոշում, ոչ թե Վահագն Հովակիմյանն իր գրիչով…

«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության իրավաբանների թիմը վաղն արդեն դիմելու է Սահմանադրական դատարան։ Մենք օգտագործելու ենք բոլոր հնարավոր իրավական գործիքներն ու ընթացակարգերը՝ ընտրողների խախտված իրավունքները վերականգնելու համար։

Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում ընդդիմադիր դաշտի մեր գործընկերներին, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչներին, իրավաբաններին և բոլոր այն հայրենակիցներին, ովքեր այս օրերին իրենց աջակցությունն ու համերաշխությունն են հայտնել «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը։

 Վերահաստատում ենք, որ արդարության վերականգնման համար մղվող այս պայքարում մենք շարունակելու ենք գործել հետևողական, սկզբունքային և բացառապես իրավական ճանապարհով՝ չշեղվելով մեր որդեգրած ուղուց։ Արդարությունը պետք է վերականգնվի, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու ձայնը՝ հարգվի։ Սա միայն ԲՀԿ-ի հարցը չէ, այլ արդարության ու օրինականության համար տարվող պայքար։
