Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահագն Հովակիմյանին ես ոչ մի հարց չունեմ։ Մարդու կյանքի մեծ մասն անցել է Փաշինյանի ենթակայության ներքո։ 13 տարի լրագրող է աշխատել խմբագիր Փաշինյանի թերթում, հետո մի քանի տարի աշխատել է արդեն պատգամավոր Փաշինյանի օգնական, հետո էլ Փաշինյանի խմբակցության փորձագետ, «սիրո և համերաշխության» հեղափոխությունից հետո Փաշինյանի ցուցակով դարձել է պատգամավոր, Արցախի մեծ մասի հանձնումից հետո տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններից հետո էլ է դարձել պատգամավոր, կրկին, իհարկե, Փաշինյանի ցուցակով։ Հա, էդ ընթացքում հասցրել է իրավագետի որակավորում ստանալ՝ «ավարտելով» Մովսես Խորենացի համալսարանի հեռակա բաժինը (ի դեպ, եթե նրա համակուրսեցիների ճանաչեք, խնդրում եմ ծանոթացնել, հետաքրքիր է զուտ)։
 
Իրավագետի դիպլոմը նրան պետք էր Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ դառնալու համար, դե օրենքի պահանջ է, ձևականություն է, պետք է պահել։
 
2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 7-ին զուտ Փաշինյանի պատգամավորները, ինքը ներառյալ, Վահագն Հովակիմյանին ընտրեցին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ։ Մարդուն էսքան անձնական լավություն է արել Փաշինյանը։ Մարդը հո անշնորհակալ չէ՞ր լինելու։ Ու քանի որ մարդը լավություն մոռացող չէ, վերցրեց ու էն տեղամասերում, որտեղ Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը շատ ձայներ էր ստացել, դրանցում ընտրությունները ճանաչեց անվավեր, վերաքվեարկություն էլ թույլ չտվեց, պատճառաբանելով, թե բա այդ տեղամասերի ընտրողները քանի որ արդեն գիտեն ընտրությունների արդյունքները, վերաքվեարկության ժամանակ այլ կերպ կարող են քվեարկել (հանճարեղ մեկնաբանություն): Ուղղակի միայնակ չարեց այդ ամենը մեր այս գրառման հերոս Վահագն Հովակիմյանը։ Նա դա արեց Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի ևս վեց անդամների հետ, որոնցից մեկն էլ Նունե Հովհաննիսյան է։ Իմ հարցը հենց Նունե Հովհաննիսյանին է ուղղված։ Ինչու՞ նրան։ Պետական մարմիններում մարդիկ կան, ովքեր սյան նման իրենց վրա են վերցնում այդ մարմինների առաքելությունից բխող ծանրությունը։ Նունե Հովհաննիսյանը, իմ ունեցած տպավորություններով, պետք է որ այդ մարդկանցից լիներ։ Նա ԿԸՀ-ի հնաբնակներից է։ ԿԸՀ-ի փոխնախագահն է։ Եթե Վահագն Հովակիմյանը Փաշինյանի մարդն է, ապա Նունե Հովհաննիսյանը, ես կարծում էի, պետության մարդն էր։ Եվ այսպես, հարցս տիկին Հովհաննիսյանին.

-Ի՞նչ պատասխանեմ այն մարդկանց, ովքեր ինձ հարցնում են. «ի՞նչ իմաստ ունի ընտրության գնալը, եթե ԿԸՀ-ն կարող է էս նույն ձևով անվավեր ճանաչել ցանկացած քանակի տեղամասերում տեղի ունեցած քվեարկությունները ու x ուժին տրված, ընտրական շեմը ապահովող քվեների մեծ մասը նվիրել y ուժին»։

Կխնդրեմ ոչ մի վիրավորական մեկնաբանություն չգրել, հատկապես Նունե Հովհաննիսյանի մասին։ Գրառմանս նպատակը դա չէ։ Մարդը սխալական է։ Ու թեև սխալներ են լինում, որոնք ճակատագրական նշանակություն են ունենում ժողովրդի ու պետության համար, բայց մենք ներողամիտ ժողովուրդ ենք։
