Ենթադրում եմ՝ կկալանավորվեմ, որևէ իրավական մարմնից որևէ իրավական բան չեմ սպասում, մանավանդ այս չակերտավոր անկախ մարմնից, այնպես որ պրոցես է, բոլորս էլ պատրաստ ենք, ամեն ինչ շատ լավ է: Այս մասին ԿԸՀ-ի դիմաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատգամավորի թեկնածու Դավիթ Ղազինյանը՝ խոսելով ԿԸՀ-ում քննվող իրեն անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու միջնորդության մասին:
«Այս ամենը ոչ մի բանի մասին է, իշխանության վախերի մասին է, ակնկալիք չունեմ որպես այդպիսին: Չգերագնահատելով իմ անձը, բայց սա ուղղված է և իմ ակտիվության դեմ, և մեր քաղաքական ուժի ակտիվության դեմ»,- նշել է նա:
Անդրադառնալով ձայնագրությանը, որում ասվում էր՝ «Ղազինյան Դավոն 1,400,000 դրամը տվել է Արմանին»` Ղազինյանը պարզաբանեց, որ ենթադրում է՝ Արմանը իրեն շատ մտերիմ անձ է:
«Որևէ գումար որևէ մեկին չեմ տվել, ինչ վերաբերվում է ձայնագրությանը, դուք էլ եք տեսնում, այնտեղ գլխավոր դերում մաքրուհին է, այստեղ չկա իրավական ոչ մի բան: Չկա այդպիսի գումար, ես չգիտեմ ով ում է տվել, ինչ է արել, եթե անգամ տեսականորեն դա տրված լիներ, ինչ է նշանակում՝ ես մտել եմ տարածք կամ տվել եմ գումար ինչ-որ մեկին, ասել եմ սա ընտրակաշառքի գումար է, դա աբսուրդ է»,- շեշտել է նա:
Նշենք, որ այսօր ԿԸՀ-ն քննարկելու է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատգամավորի թեկնածու Դավիթ Ղազինյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու հարցը: Հիշեցնենք, որ ըստ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի՝ փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ դաշինքի Երևանի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի նախընտրական գրասենյակի պատասխանատուները և թեկնածու Դավիթ Ղազինյանը համակիրների հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ ընտրողներին կաշառք են տվել։ Շրջանառվող ձայնագրության և քննության տվյալներով՝ հնչում է պնդում, որ «Ղազինյան Դավոն 1.400.000 (մեկ միլիոն չորս հարյուր հազար) դրամը տվել է» ընտրողներին նյութապես շահագրգռելու նպատակով։
