Ռուսաստանի կողմից հայկական ծաղիկների ներմուծման արգելքի ֆոնին Հայաստանը դիվերսիֆիկացնում է արտահանման շուկաները։

Հայաստանն արդեն իսկ ծաղիկների մեկ խմբաքանակ՝ 5500 ծաղիկ է արտահանել Լատվիա։

Նիդեռլանդների արտաքին գործերի նախարար Թոմ Բերենդսենն էլ հունիսի 7-ին հայտարարել էր, որ Ծաղկաբուծական միջազգային ամենախոշոր շուկան բացում է իր դռները հայկական ծաղիկ արտադրողների համար՝ այդպիսով կապելով հայկական ծաղիկ արտադրողներին Եվրոպայի և Եվրոպայից դուրս գտնվող գնորդների հետ։  

Նիդեռլանդների ԱԳ նախարարը գրել էր, որ իր երկիրն աջակցում է Եվրամիության կողմից Հայաստանի համար նախատեսած աջակցության փաթեթին, որի մասին հունիսի 4-ին հայտարարել էր Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենը։

«Մենք ուսումնասիրել ենք, թե գործնականում ինչպես կարող ենք աջակցել տուժած ոլորտներին, ինչպիսին է հայկական ծաղիկների արտադրությունը։ Արդյունքում, Royal Flora Holland-ն (խմբ. Royal Flora Holland-ը միջազգային ամենամեծ ծաղկաբուծության շուկան է) այժմ բացում է իր շուկան հայկական ծաղիկ արտադրողների համար՝  նրանց կապելով Եվրոպայի և դրանից դուրս գտնվող գնորդների հետ»,- գրել էր նա:

Հայկական ծաղիկների մեկ խմբաքանակ էլ արդեն Ուկրաինա է հասել։ 1 բեռնատարով Ուկրաինա է արտահանվել 9500 ծաղիկ, առաջիկայում էլ Ուկրաինա կհասնի հայկական ծաղիկներով բեռնված երկրորդ բեռնատարը։ Մոտավորապես նույնքան ծաղիկ էլ երկրորդ բեռնատարում է։    

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնել  է Կիևում բնակվող քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Մարատ Հակոբյանը՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ հայկական ծաղիկների ներմուծողը Ուկրաինայում բնակվող հայ գործարար է։  

Մարատ Հակոբյանի տեղեկություններով՝ հայկական ծաղիկների՝ Ուկրաինա հասած առաջին խմբաքանակը գրեթե իրացվել է, իսկ երկրորդ բեռնատարն առաջիկա օրերին արդեն կլինի Ուկրաինայում։  

Նա նաև նշեց, որ սոցցանցերում արդեն իսկ տեսանյութեր են տարածվում, որոնցում ծաղկի խանութների սեփականատերերը ցուցադրում են իրենց ստացած հայկական ծաղիկները և հայտնում դրանց վաճառքը սկսելու մասին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռուսաստանի անասնաբուժական և բուսասանիտարական վերահսկողության դաշնային ծառայությունը («Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր») որոշում էր կայացրել մայիսի 22-ից ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից ծաղիկների ներկրումը։ Նշվել է, որ սահմանափակումները կգործեն այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև կավարտվեն հայաստանյան ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների ստուգումներն ու ստացված տվյալների ամփոփիչ վերլուծությունը։

Ռուսական կողմն այս քայլը հիմնավորել  էր սեփական բուսասանիտարական անվտանգության ապահովման անհրաժեշտությամբ։ «Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր»-ը պնդել էր, թե հայկական ծաղկային խմբաքանակներում իբր հայտնաբերվել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) տարածքի համար կարանտինային համարվող վնասատուներ ու օբյեկտներ։
