«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

tsargrad.tv–ն «Ո՞վ է իրականում հաղթել Հայաստանի ընտրություններում. Փաշինյանը հասկացել է մի սարսափելի բան՝ իր հաջողության գինը չափազանց բարձր է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը ստացել է ընտրողների 49,8 %-ի աջակցությունը։ Այդ արդյունքը քաղաքական կուսակցությանը ապահովում է խորհրդարանի նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը և ինքնուրույն նոր կառավարություն ձևավորելու կարողությունը, սակայն դա բավարար չէ, օրինակ՝ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու համար։ Քաղաքագետ Արթուր Աթաևն է մեկնաբանել հայաստանյան ընտրությունների արդյունքները tsargrad.tv–ի հեռուստաալիքի «Մենք տեղյակ ենք» հաղորդման ժամանակ։

Սահմանադրական հանրաքվե սկսելու համար, որը համարվում է Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման անհրաժեշտ քայլ, իշխող կուսակցությանը անհրաժեշտ է ավելի լայն աջակցություն։ Բաքուն պնդում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին վերաբերող դրույթները հանվեն Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունից։ Եթե Փաշինյանի կողմնակիցները գերազանցեին 65 %-ի նշագիծը, նրանք կարող էին հանրաքվե նախաձեռնել առանց այլ ուժերի մասնակցության։ Սակայն այժմ իշխանությունները ստիպված են աջակցություն խնդրել ընդդիմությունից, այդ թվում՝ ռուսամետ կուսակցություններից, որոնք դեմ են նման հանրաքվեին, բացատրել է նա։

«Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները մի քանի չափում ունեն։ Առաջինը քաղաքական չափումն է։ Դա, անկասկած, Եվրամիության հաղթանակն է։ Դա նույնիսկ Փաշինյանի հաղթանակը չէ։ Եվ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենը շտապել է շնորհավորել նրան, ինչպես նաև բոլոր արևմտյան երկրների առաջնորդները՝ առանց բացառության. Փաշինյանին շնորհավորել է նաև Զելենսկին՝ նրա նոր գործընկերը եվրոպական քաղաքական կոալիցիայում։ Հետևաբար, սա քաղաքական հաջողություն է։ Ամեն դեպքում, դա այդպես է հնչում՝ հիմնվելով արևմտյան առաջնորդների կողմից Փաշինյանին ուղղված ջերմ, գովեստի խոսքերի վրա։ Եվ դա ԵՄ-ի քաղաքական հաջողությունն է հետխորհրդային տարածքում»,– ասել է Աթաևը։

Սակայն կա նաև տնտեսական չափում։ Եվ այստեղ Փաշինյանը հասկացել է մի սարսափելի բան՝ իր քաղաքական հաջողության գինը չափազանց բարձր է։ «Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրաշրջանառությունը աննախադեպ բարձր է, այն կազմում է 6,4 միլիարդ դոլար։ Դա հսկայական է։ Եվրամիությունն ի վիճակի չէ նույնը ապահովել Հայաստանի համար։ Կա նաև ներդրումների հոսք Ռուսաստանից... Հետևաբար, այս պայմաններում կա քաղաքական հաղթանակ, բայց այն կուղեկցվի տնտեսական փլուզմամբ։ Եվ Փաշինյանը հասկանում է դա։ Նա կարող է հաղթել, բայց պղպեղի, կորիզավոր մրգերի և ծաղիկների ներմուծման արգելքը վատ բանի կբերի։ Կարող է լինել աստիճանական կամ գուցե հանկարծակի, լուրջ տնտեսական փլուզում, Հայաստանի տնտեսության առնվազն 45 %-ը կարող է կրճատվել։ Եվ Փաշինյանը չի կարող դա բացատրել դատարկ քաղաքական հայտարարություններով»,– եզրակացրել է քաղաքագետը։
