ԱՄՆ-ի Սան Ֆրանցիսկո քաղաքում կայացած Ֆուտբոլի 2026 թվականի աշխարհի առաջնության B խմբի Կատար – Շվեյցարիա հանդիպումն ավարտվել է սենսացիոն և դրամատիկ ոչ-ոքիով՝ 1:1: Հանդիպումն աչքի է ընկել ոչ միայն պատմական արդյունքով, այլև մրցավարական սկանդալով, որին ստիպված է եղել միջամտել անգամ ՖԻՖԱ-ն:

Խաղի հաշիվը 17-րդ րոպեին բացեց շվեյցարացի հարձակվող Բրել Էմբոլոն՝ անվրեպ իրացնելով 14-րդ րոպեին նշանակված 11-մետրանոցը: Սակայն այս որոշումը մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրեց. երկրպագուներն ու փորձագետները կասկածներ ունեին, որ գրոհի զարգացման փուլում շվեյցարացի ֆուտբոլիստն խաղից դուրս վիճակում է եղել: Իրավիճակը սրվեց նրանով, որ VAR համակարգը հեռուստադիտողներին այդպես էլ ցույց չտվեց դրվագի գրաֆիկական անիմացիան:

«Մանչեսթեր Յունայթեդի» նախկին պաշտպան, այժմ ֆուտբոլային փորձագետ Գարի Նևիլը BBC-ի եթերում վրդովմունք է հայտնել.

«Տեսախցիկն իդեալական անկյան տակ չէր, ուստի մենք կարող ենք սխալվել գնահատականներում: Բայց ինչո՞ւ մեզ մինչև հիմա չեն ցուցադրել այն համոզիչ ապացույցը, որն իբր ունի ՖԻՖԱ-ն, առ այն, որ խաղից դուրս վիճակ իրականում չի եղել»:

Աղմուկից հետո ՖԻՖԱ-ն պաշտոնական հայտարարություն տարածեց՝ հաստատելով, որ համակարգում տեխնիկական խափանում է եղել.

Կատար – Շվեյցարիա խաղի ժամանակ կարճաժամկետ տեխնիկական խոտանը խանգարել է ստեղծել խաղից դուրս վիճակի գրաֆիկական անիմացիան: Խնդիրն արագորեն շտկվել է: Սակայն VAR-ի աշխատանքային գործընթացն այս խնդրից չի տուժել: Վիրտուալ գծերը ցույց են տվել, որ 11-մետրանոցին նախորդող երկու դրվագներում էլ հարձակվող ֆուտբոլիստը չի գտնվել արտախաղային վիճակում»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Չնայած վիճելի գոլին և Շվեյցարիայի տարածքային առավելությանը՝ Կատարի հավաքականը կարողացավ հրաշք գործել: Հանդիպման 94-րդ րոպեին կիսապաշտպան Բուալեմ Խուխին խփեց պատասխան գնդակն ու Կատարին բերեց Աշխարհի առաջնությունների պատմության մեջ իրենց առաջին միավորը:

«Ցավալի արդյունք է։ Մենք չստացանք մեր գործադրած ջանքերի արժանի վարձատրությունը: Հարձակումների եզրափակիչ փուլում արդյունավետությունը պակասում էր: Ֆուտբոլի չգրված օրենքն է. եթե դու չես խփում, խփում են քեզ: Գոլի դրվագում մենք կորցրինք գնդակն ու թույլ տվեցինք մրցակցին օգտվել դրանից: Հնարավոր է՝ ես պետք է վերանայեմ փոխարինումների վերաբերյալ իմ որոշումները, բայց մենք մեկ միասնական թիմ ենք»:

Առաջին տուրից հետո B խմբում բացարձակ հավասարություն է: Շվեյցարիան, Կանադան, Կատարն ու Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինան վաստակել են մեկական միավոր:
