2026 թվականի հունիսի 13-ի դրությամբ հանտավիրուսը շարունակում է մնալ միջազգային առողջապահական կառույցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ կապված տարվա ընթացքում արձանագրված մի շարք բռնկումների և հետազոտվող դեպքերի հետ։ Չնայած ընդհանուր բնակչության համար ռիսկը գնահատվում է ցածր, որոշ տարածաշրջաններում և հատուկ իրավիճակներում հիվանդության նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը խստացվել է։

Միջազգային իրավիճակ․ բռնկումներ և վերահսկողություն

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով՝ 2026 թվականի առաջին կեսին գրանցվել են հանտավիրուսի մի քանի խոշոր բռնկումներ, որոնցից ամենանշանակալին կապված էր Ատլանտյան օվկիանոսում ընթացող զբոսանավի վրա արձանագրված դեպքերի հետ։ Այդ միջադեպի ընթացքում արձանագրվել են մի քանի հաստատված վարակներ և մահվան դեպքեր, ինչից հետո իրականացվել են լայնածավալ հետաքննություններ և միջազգային վերահսկողության միջոցառումներ։

Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ՝ նման դեպքերը ցույց են տալիս, որ վիրուսը հիմնականում փոխանցվում է վարակված կրծողների արտազատուկների հետ շփման միջոցով, սակայն որոշ տեսակների դեպքում (օրինակ՝ Andes վիրուս) հնարավոր է նաև սահմանափակ մարդուց մարդ փոխանցում՝ հատկապես սերտ շփման պայմաններում։

Վտանգի գնահատում․ ընդհանուր ռիսկը մնում է ցածր

Չնայած արձանագրված դեպքերին՝ միջազգային առողջապահական կազմակերպությունները շարունակում են ընդգծել, որ հանտավիրուսի ընդհանուր տարածման ռիսկը բնակչության համար ցածր է։ Միաժամանակ հատուկ հսկողության տակ են գտնվում այն անձինք, ովքեր գտնվել են բռնկման գոտիներում կամ հնարավոր շփում են ունեցել վարակակիրների հետ։

Առողջապահական կառույցները նաև նշում են, որ ճանապարհորդական լայնածավալ սահմանափակումներ այս պահին չեն կիրառվում, սակայն իրականացվում է շարունակական մոնիթորինգ։

Ինչպես է փոխանցվում հանտավիրուսը

Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ հիմնական վարակման ճանապարհը շարունակում է մնալ կրծողների մեզի, կղանքի կամ թքի միջոցով վիրուսի աերոզոլացումը, որը կարող է ներթափանցել մարդու շնչուղիներ։ Վարակման ռիսկը մեծանում է հատկապես գյուղական, պահեստային կամ փակ, վատ օդափոխվող տարածքներում։

Ախտանշաններ և կանխարգելում

Բժիշկները հիշեցնում են, որ հիվանդությունը կարող է սկսվել գրիպանման ախտանշաններով՝ ջերմություն, գլխացավ, մկանային ցավեր, իսկ ծանր դեպքերում՝ շնչառական խնդիրներ։

Կանխարգելման հիմնական միջոցներն են՝

  • խուսափել կրծողների հետ շփումից,
  • փակ տարածքների օդափոխում,
  • մաքրություն իրականացնել պաշտպանիչ միջոցներով,
  • գյուղական պայմաններում զգուշություն պահել սննդի և ջրի նկատմամբ։
