«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ըստ օրենսդրության, այսօր ՀՀ ԿԸՀ-ն ամփոփելու է ԱԺ հերթական ընտրությունների արդյունքները և ընդունելու է հետևյալ որոշումներից մեկը՝ կամ՝ Ազգային ժողով ընտրվելու և մանդատների բաշխման մասին, կամ՝ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների մանդատների նախնական բաշխման մասին, կամ՝ առանձին ընտրական տեղամասերում վերաքվեարկություն նշանակելու մասին, կամ՝ Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններն անվավեր ճանաչելու և ընտրությունների վերաքվեարկություն նշանակելու մասին:
Մինչ այդ հայտարարվեց, որ «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» դաշինքը 2026 թվականի հունիսի 7-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ դիմում է ներկայացրել ԿԸՀ, որում արձանագրել են լայնածավալ խախտումներ ինչպես մինչ քվեարկությունը, այնպես էլ հենց քվեարկության օրը:
Ընդհանրապես, ոչ սատելիտ գրեթե բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերն էլ հայտարարել են, որ այս ընտրություններն ինքնին ոչ լեգիտիմ են և անցել են բազմաթիվ խախտումներով: Դրանց «գագաթնակետը» դարձան ԲՀԿ-ի հետ կապված մանիպուլյացիաները. նախ՝ այս կուսակցության ձայները իջեցվեցին 4 տոկոսից, որպեսզի չանցնի խորհրդարան, իսկ երբ վերահաշվարկի պահանջից հետո պարզվեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ի ձայները 4 տոկոսից ավելին են, ԿԸՀ-ն հանկարծ որոշեց անվավեր ճանաչել երկու ընտրական տեղամասում քվեարկության արդյունքները։ Իսկ այդ տեղամասերում ԲՀԿ-ն բավական շատ ձայներ էր ստացել: Այսինքն, այստեղ գործ ունենք ոչ թե տեխնիկական «շտկման», այլ քաղաքական որոշման հետ, որի հիմքում բացառապես ՔՊ-ի քաղաքական շահն է՝ ստանալու մանդատների 3/5-ը, որի միջոցով կկարողանան փոփոխել սահմանադրական օրենքներն ու առանցքային նշանակումներ անել իրավապահ համակարգում:
Երեկ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը՝ մասնավորաբար նշելով. «ԲՀԿ-ն սկսում է քայլերի շարք, որը միտված է պաշտպանելու արդարությունը և ընտրողի շահերը, դիմակայելու իշխանության անօրինականություններին... Մենք սկսում ենք քաղաքական կոնսուլտացիաներ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ՝ միասնական օրակարգի և քայլերի մշակման համար»: ԲՀԿ-ն նաև բողոքի ակցիա էր իրականացրել ԿԸՀ դիմաց, ուր հավաքված էին հարյուրավոր ոստիկաններ:
Ի դեպ, հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս 2020 թվականին Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր. «Ես անձամբ կկտրեմ իմ երկու ձեռքերը, բայց մեկ քվեաթերթիկի կեղծիք թույլ չեմ տա»: Ինչպես երևում է, վեց տարում իրոք շատ բան է փոխվել, ու խոսքը «մեկ քվեաթերթիկի» մասին չէ, այլ մի ամբողջ ընտրության, որի ժամանակ այնպիսի խախտումներ են արվել (հենց միայն ԲՀԿ-ի օրինակը շատ խոսուն է), որոնք, ըստ մասնագետների, էական ազդեցություն են թողնում ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա:
