ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն զգուշացրել է ռուսաստանցիներին Թաիլանդում ԱՄՆ-ի հարցումով ձերբակալվելու վտանգի մասին

Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը կոչ է անում ՌԴ քաղաքացիներին չափազանց զգուշավոր լինել Թաիլանդ մեկնելիս՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հարցումով ձերբակալվելու կամ կալանավորվելու սպառնալիքի պատճառով։ Այս մասին ասվում է արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության հաղորդագրության մեջ, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն կրկին հարկադրված է կոչ անել ռուսաստանցիներին չափազանց զգուշավոր լինել Թաիլանդ՝ թե՛ հանգստի, թե՛ գործնական նպատակներով մեկնելիս՝ տվյալ պետության տարածքում ԱՄՆ իրավապահ մարմինների և հատուկ ծառայությունների հարցումներով ձերբակալվելու կամ կալանավորվելու բարձր սպառնալիքի պատճառով»,- նշել են նախարարությունում։
ԱԳՆ-ում նշել են, որ ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների շրջանում ժողովրդականություն վայելող այս բարեկամ երկիրը մնում է այն վայրերից մեկը, որտեղ Վաշինգտոնը «որս» է սկսել ռուսաստանցիների նկատմամբ։
«Ընդ որում, ԱՄՆ-ը գործում է հարձակողական՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու թաիլանդական իշխանություններին, անցկացնում է հատուկ գործողություններ՝ նպատակ ունենալով «որսալ» մեր քաղաքացիներին, որոնք ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով հայտնվել են նրանց տեսադաշտում։ Ձերբակալվածներից շատերը բախվում են ամերիկյան հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից սպառնալիքների, վախեցնելու, հոգեբանական ճնշման՝ մեղքն ընդունելուն հարկադրելու նպատակով»,- գրված է հայտարարության մեջ:
Ստեղծված հանգամանքներում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն հրատապ խորհուրդ է տվել Ռուսաստանի այն քաղաքացիներին, որոնք գոնե նվազագույն հիմքեր ունեն ենթադրելու, որ կարող են ամերիկյան իշխանությունների կողմից քրեական հետապնդման օբյեկտ լինել, զերծ մնալ Թաիլանդ մեկնելուց, քանի որ այն ԱՄՆ-ի հետ կապված է արտահանձնման մասին երկկողմ պայմանագրով, ինչպես նաև խուսափել տեղական օդանավակայաններում չվերթների փոխանցումներից։
«Արտասահման մեկնելիս անհրաժեշտ է ձեռքի տակ ունենալ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ արտերկրյա ներկայացուցչությունների կոորդինատներն ու կոնտակտային տվյալները։ Ռուս դիվանագիտական և հյուպատոսական աշխատակիցները կշարունակեն, ինչպես և նախկինում, իրենց հնարավորությունների սահմաններում օգնություն ցուցաբերել դժբախտության մեջ հայտնված հայրենակիցների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում»,- հավելել են նախարարությունում։
