Արցախցիների ինքնազբաղվածության խթանմանն ուղղված միջոցառումը կտարածվի ևս 200 շահառուի վրա

Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունիսի 11–ի նիստում որոշում կայացրեց, որով առաջարկվում է «Անհուսալի վարկային դասով դասակարգված վարկային պարտավորություններ ունեցող աշխատաշուկայից դուրս մնացած կամ մասնակի ֆորմալ զբաղվածություն ունեցող անձանց աջակցություն» միջոցառման համար հատկացված ֆինանսական միջոցներից 216,000.0 հազար դրամ հատկացնել «Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված անձանց ինքնազբաղվածության խթանում» միջոցառման իրականացման համար։
Մասնավորապես, որոշմամբ հաստատված ծրագրի կարգավորումների համաձայն՝ Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված անձանց ինքնազբաղվածության ապահովման նպատակով նախատեսված է աջակցության տրամադրում հետևյալ ուղղություններով՝ ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության մեկնարկի և իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն (այդ թվում՝ խորհրդատվություն, բիզնես ուսուցում, որի շրջանակում նաև գործարար ծրագրի մշակում և ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության իրականացման ուղեկցում 12 ամիս ժամկետով), գործարար ծրագրերի իրականացման համար դրամաշնորհների տրամադրում։
Ծրագրի շրջանակում կազմակերպությանը վճարվում է՝ յուրաքանչյուր շահառուի բիզնես ուսուցման համար՝ առավելագույնը 300,000 դրամ, յուրաքանչյուր շահառուի 12 ամիս (ամսական միջինում 10 ժամի համար) բիզնես ուղեկցման համար՝ ամսական 60,000 դրամ։
Շահառուին ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության իրականացման համար տրվում է դրամաշնորհի գործարար ծրագրով նախատեսված գումարի 70%-ի չափով, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան 2,000,000 դրամը։
Նախատեսվում է միջոցառումն իրականացնել 200 շահառուի համար։
