ԶՊՄԿ-ն միացել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլոբալ պայմանագրին

«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ-ն (ԶՊՄԿ) ուրախ է հայտարարել, որ միացել է ՄԱԿ-ի “Գլոբալ պայմանագիր” միջազգային նախաձեռնությանը (United Nations Global Compact): Այն կորպորատիվ կայունության միջազգային խոշորագույն  նախաձեռնության է, որը միավորում է հազարավոր ընկերությունների, որոնք հավատարիմ են պատասխանատու բիզնես վարքագծին և կայուն զարգացմանը։

Միանալով ՄԱԿ-ի Համաշխարհային պայմանագրին՝ ԶՊՄԿ-ն իր գործունեությունն ու բիզնես պրակտիկաները համապատասխանեցնում է նախաձեռնության Տասը սկզբունքներին, որոնք վերաբերում են մարդու իրավունքներին, աշխատանքային հարաբերություններին, շրջակա միջավայրի նկատմամբ պատասխանատու վերաբերմունքին և հակակոռուպցիոն գործունեությանը՝ միաժամանակ նպաստելով ՄԱԿ-ի Կայուն զարգացման նպատակների (SDG) իրագործմանը։

Այս որոշումն արտացոլում է ԶՊՄԿ-ի հանձնառությունը՝ բարելավելու իր բնապահպանական, սոցիալական և կորպորատիվ կառավարման (ESG) կատարողականը և ապահովելու իր գործունեության շարունակական համապատասխանեցումը կայունության միջազգային չափանիշներին և լավագույն փորձին։

«ՄԱԿ-ի “Գլոբալ պայմանագիր” նախաձեռնությանը միանալն արտացոլում է մեր հանձնառությունը՝ շարունակաբար կատարելագործելու մեր գործունեությունը և մեր գործընթացները համապատասխանեցնելու պատասխանատու կորպորատիվ վարքագծի միջազգային սկզբունքներին։ Որպես Հայաստանի առաջատար հանքարդյունաբերական ընկերություն, մենք գիտակցում ենք մեր պատասխանատվությունը՝ արժեք ստեղծելու ոչ միայն արտադրության, այլև արդյունավետ կառավարման, շրջակա միջավայրի նկատմամբ պատասխանատու մոտեցման, անվտանգ աշխատավայրի և շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ կառուցողական ներգրավվածության միջոցով», - նշել է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին։

Նախաձեռնության շրջանակում ԶՊՄԿ-ն տարեկան կհրապարակի Առաջընթացի հաղորդակցություն (Communication on Progress, CoP), որը առաջընթացի վերաբերյալ հաշվետվություն է տասը սկզբունքների իրականացման ուղղությամբ, և հնարավորություն է տալիս համեմատել արդյունքները հանքարդյունաբերության և մետաղների ոլորտի առաջատար միջազգային ընկերությունների հետ։

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլոբալ պայմանագրին միանալը ևս մեկ կարևոր հանգրվան է ԶՊՄԿ-ի կայուն զարգացման չափանիշները, կորպորատիվ կառավարումը և հաշվետվողականությունը բարելավելու ճանապարհին՝ շահագրգիռ կողմերի համար երկարաժամկետ արժեք ստեղծելու հանձնառությամբ։

ԶՊՄԿ-ն օգտվելով առիթից, նաև տեղեկացնում է, որ ընկերությունը վերջերս ստացել է աշխարհի առաջատար ESG վարկանշային գործակալություններից մեկի կողմից վարկանիշ 2024 թ․ համար։ Երկու տարվա ընթացքում (2022-24) ԶՊՄԿ-ն բարելավել է իր ESG գնահատականը 20 կետով՝ գերազանցելով մետաղների և հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի համաշխարհային միջին ցուցանիշը և արձանագրելով զգալի առաջընթաց կայունության կատարողականի և կառավարման գործելակերպերի բարելավման ուղղությամբ։ Այս արդյունքները հրապարակային չեն, սակայն ԶՊՄԿ-ն նախատեսում է դիմել 2025 հաշվետու տարվա համար հրապարակային ESG վարկանիշի, որի հրապարակումը սպասվում է 2026 թվականին։
