«Արդեն գրել ենք, որ նախարարական և մարզպետական պաշտոններին զուգահեռ, ՀՅԴ-ին նաև փոխնախարարների պաշտոններ կտան։ ՀՅԴ-ն ցանկանում է արդարադատության, գյուղնախի, սոցապի, բնապահպանության և ֆինանսների փոխնախարարների պաշտոնները։ Ասում են՝ կունենա 7 փոխնախարար։ Տեղեկություններ կան, որ Արծվիկ Մինասյանն էլ իր հերթին է ցանկություն հայտնել մեկ դաշնակցական փոխնախարար ունենալ, որովհետև էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության աշխատակազմը թույլ է։ Արա Նռանյանի հարցում էլ երկմտում են՝ ֆիննախ, թե՝ տնտեսական ինտեգրման նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանի տեղակալ, որի հետ Նռանյանն աշխատանքային փորձ ունի՝ ԵՏՄ-ից։
Երեկ Դաշնակցության երեսից պաշտոնից զրկվեց քաղշին անկուսակցական երկարամյա փոխնախարար Ռուզաննա Ալավերդյանը, որն այդ պաշտոնին է մոտ 16 տարի։ Երեկ նա մեզ չասաց, թե որն է աշխատանքից ազատվելու պատճառը, չցանկացավ խոսել դրա մասին։ Հնչեցված հարցերին մեկ պատասխան տվեց։ «Ես չգիտեմ, տեղյակ չեմ»։ Երեկոյան տեղեկացանք, որ Ալավերդյանին նշանակել են նախարար Նարեկ Սարգսյանի խորհրդական։ Ի դեպ, քաղշինում փոխնախարար է նաև Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի եղբայրը՝ Հակոբ Բեգլարյանը, որը գնումների գործակալության նախկին պետն էր և հեռացվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտնի ելույթից հետո, երբ Վերահսկիչ պալատը պետգնումների ոլորտում 2007-08 թթ. ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզել էր, որ 230 մլն. դրամ «քամուն է տրվել»»,–գրում է թերթը։
