Ահազանգեր կային, որ պետական ծառայության աշխատակիցներին ստիպել էին գնալ, իշխանության օգտին քվեարկել, և քվեաթերթիկը լուսանկարել: Այս մասին ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասել է «Ուժեղ Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատգամավորի թեկնածու Գոհար Մելոյանը:
«Վարչական ռեսուրսի մասով կտեղադրեմ մի շարք ապացույցներ, այս օրերի ընթացքում մենք հատուկ թեժ գիծ էինք ստեղծել, հազարավոր ահազանգեր ենք ստացել և արտակարգ ռեժիմով աշխատում ենք: Մեր համոզմամբ, որոշակի մեխանիզմներ են աշխատեցվել, որը փորձում ենք վեր հանել: Վարչական ռեսուրսի համատեքստում ահազանգերը բազմաթիվ էին, պետական ծառայության տարբեր տեսակների նկատմամբ ևս, մարդկանց ստիպել էին գնալ, իշխանության օգտին քվեարկել, և քվեաթերթիկը լուսանկարել, կամ մեր քվեաթերթիկը դուրս բերել՝ ի ապացույց, որ տվյալ անձինք մեզ չեն քվեարկել:
Մարդիկ իրապես վախենում էին, ու հարկադրված էին տեսանկարահանելու պրոցեսը իրականացնել: Տեսանյութեր կան, որ մի շարք ընտրատեղամասերում մարդիկ արդեն նախապես՝ ծոցագրպանում, 16 քվեաթերթիկով մուտք են գործել տեղամաս, այսինքն ոչ թե իրենց հետ դուրս են բերել, այլ նախապես են մտել: ՆԳՆ-ի աշխատանքը ևս բավականին խնդրահարույց եմ որակում, որովհետև մարդիկ գնացել են, փորձել են տեղեկանքներ ստանալ, ու այդ անձնագրային բաժանմունքները ուղղակիորեն հրաժարվել են մարդկանց ձևորը տրամադրել»,- նշել է Մելոյանը:
