Հունիսի 7-ին Հայաստանում անցկացվեցին Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունները, որոնց նախնական արդյունքներն արդեն հրապարակվել են։ Սակայն ընտրական գործընթացը դեռ ավարտված չէ, քանի որ առաջիկա օրերին նախատեսված են մի շարք իրավական և ընթացակարգային քայլեր։

Ըստ գործող օրենսդրության՝ ընտրական տեղամասերում քվեարկության արդյունքների վերահաշվարկ պահանջելու դիմումները կարող էին ներկայացվել համապատասխան ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներ մինչև երեկ ժամը 18:00-ն, ինչպես նաև այսօր՝ ժամը 09:00-ից մինչև 11:00-ն։ Նույն ժամկետներն ուժի մեջ էին նաև քվեարկության արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու դիմումների համար։

Հարկ է նշել, որ արդեն իսկ հնչել են վերահաշվարկի պահանջներ։ Մասնավորապես, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարել է մի շարք խախտումների և անհամապատասխանությունների մասին՝ պահանջելով վերանայել որոշ տեղամասերի արդյունքները։ Քանի որ ընտրությունների ընթացքում և ձայների հաշվարկման փուլում տարբեր քաղաքական ուժեր բարձրաձայնել են ընտրական գործընթացի թափանցիկության վերաբերյալ մտահոգություններ, չի բացառվում, որ վերահաշվարկի դիմումների թիվն աճի։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ դիմումները Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով կարող են ներկայացվել մինչև ընտրությունների արդյունքների ամփոփման համար սահմանված ժամկետից առնվազն երկու օր առաջ՝ այսինքն մինչև հունիսի 12-ը, ժամը 18:00-ն։

Ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովներում վերահաշվարկի աշխատանքները մեկնարկում են այսօր՝ ժամը 14:00-ին և շարունակվելու են մինչև հունիսի 12-ը՝ ժամը 14:00-ը։

Ընտրությունների պաշտոնական արդյունքների ամփոփումը նախատեսված է հունիսի 14-ին։ Այդ օրը կկազմվի քվեարկության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունը և կընդունվի համապատասխան որոշումը։

Դրանից հետո՝ հունիսի 29-ին, Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը պետք է որոշում ընդունի Ազգային ժողով ընտրված պատգամավորների վերաբերյալ կամ, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, ընտրությունների երկրորդ փուլ անցկացնելու մասին։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նորընտիր խորհրդարանի առաջին նիստին, ապա գործող օրենսդրության համաձայն այն պետք է գումարվի օգոստոսի 2-ին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է  Past.am-ը, առաջիկա շաբաթները կարևոր նշանակություն կունենան ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքների և հետընտրական քաղաքական գործընթացների տեսանկյունից։
