Ինչո՞ւ է ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցողների թիվը նվազել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս նախընտրական ու արդեն նաև հետընտրական թոհուբոհի մեջ չափազանց հետաքրքիր մի տվյալ, կարծես, ուշադրությունից դուրս մնաց: Խոսքն ընտրության իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների թվի մասին է: Տեսեք. 2005 թվականին եղել է 2 մլն 317 հազար 162 մարդ, 2008 թ.՝ 2 մլն 390 հազար, 2012 թ.՝ 2 մլն 501 հազար 597, 2017 թ.՝ 2 մլն 585 հազար 134, 2018 թ.՝ 2 մլն 591 հազար 276: Դժվար չէ նկատել, որ 2005-2018 թվականների միջակայքում ընտրողների թիվը սահուն աճել է՝ բնակչության բնական աճին համահունչ կամ զուգահեռ:
Իսկ հետո՝ արդեն 2021թ. ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների ժամանակ 2018-ից ընդամենը մի քանի հազարով ավելի մարդ է եղել ցուցակներում: Բայց, ահա, 2026 թվականին, այսինքն՝ այս ընտրություններում պաշտոնապես հայտարարվեց 2 մլն 503 հազար 981 ընտրող, այսինքն՝ մոտ 90 հազարով քիչ, քան 5 տարի առաջ:
Սա՝ այն դեպքում, երբ պատերազմը և կորոնավարակը 2021-ից առաջ են եղել՝ 2020-ին: Բայց ընտրողների թիվը զգալիորեն նվազել է: Ավելին, եթե գումարենք այն, որ բազմաթիվ հայրենազրկված արցախցիներ (հազարավորներ) ստացել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն և ընդգրկվել են նաև ընտրական ցուցակներում, ապա պարզ է դառնում, որ շատ մեծ թվով է նվազել գրանցված ընտրողների թիվը՝ 2021-ի համեմատ: Այսինքն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարման վերջին 5 տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանում ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող քաղաքացիների թիվը նվազել է մոտ 100 հազար մարդով: Սա չափազանց լուրջ ցուցիչ է:
Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն շարունակ ասում են, թե արտագաղթ չկա: Բայց ինչպե՞ս չկա, եթե մոտ 100 հազարով նվազել է ընտրողների թիվը: Ի վերջո, կա՛մ մարդիկ քաղաքացիությունից են հրաժարվել, կա՛մ արտագաղթել են՝ դուրս գալով գրանցումից: Եվ այս ամենն արդյոք յուրօրինակ «բարոմե՞տր» չէ առ այն, թե ինչպես են իրականում մարդիկ վերաբերվում փաշինյանական իշխանությանն ու Փաշինյանի իշխանավարման հետևանքներին:
