Ամերիաբանկը AMX Awards ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխության շրջանակում արժանացել է 4 մրցանակի` երեքը Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի և մեկը`Հայաստանի կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիայի կողմից:
Մասնավորապես, Ամերիաբանկը լավագույնն է ճանաչվել հետևյալ անվանակարգերում`
- Բորսայի լավագույն անդամ` կորպորատիվ արժեթղթերի շուկայում
- Բորսայի լավագուն անդամ ենթակառուցվածքների հետ ինտեգրման ոլորտում
- Լավագույն հաշվետու թողարկող՝ կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերի շուկայում
- Դեպոզիտար համակարգի լավագույն Հաշվի օպերատոր:
2025թ. Ամերիաբանկը դարձել է Հայաստանի առաջին բանկը, որն իր ներդրումային հաճախորդներին հնարավորություն է ընձեռել MyAmeria հավելվածի MyInvest հարթակի միջոցով ուղիղ հասանելիություն ունենալ Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի առևտրային համակարգին։ Այս ինտեգրման շնորհիվ MyInvest-ի օգտատերերը հնարավորություն են ստացել բջջային հավելվածից Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի տարբեր առևտրային հարթակներում իրականացնել գործարքներ իրական ժամանակում, ինչի շնորհիվ Ամերիաբանկի հաճախորդների կատարած գործարքների քանակը 2026թ. 1-ին եռամսյակում նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ աճել է շուրջ 150%-ով, իսկ բորսայի ամենաակտիվ հարթակներից մեկում` կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերի հարթակում, Ամերիաբանկի հաճախորդների կատարած գործարքների մասնաբաժինը հասել է շուրջ 80%-ի:
Նշենք, որ 2025 թ. Ամերիաբանկի կողմից թողարկված պարտատոմսերի ընդհանուր ծավալը կազմել է 63.5 մլրդ դրամ, իսկ Բանկի կողմից տեղաբաշխված պարտատոմսերի ընդհանուր ծավալը` 98 մլրդ դրամ: Հատկանշական է, որ Ամերիաբանկը հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում պարտքային կապիտալի շուկայում իրականացրել է 18 նախագիծ, այդ թվում` կապիտալի շուկա առաջին անգամ մուտք գործող 3 ընկերության պարտատոմսերի տեղաբաշխում: 2025թ. Ամերիաբանկը նաև իրականացրել է ընդհանուր 11 թողարկողի 34 սերիայի արժեթղթերի շուկայի ստեղծում:
2025թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ Ամերիաբանկի կողմից թողարկված և շրջանառվող պարտատոմսերի ընդհանուր ծավալը Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում ցուցակված պարտատոմսերի մեջ կազմել է շուրջ 28%:
Հավելենք, որ AMX-ի ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխության շրջանակում Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսան և Կենտրոնական դեպոզիտարիան մրցանակներ են շնորհում կապիտալի շուկայի ակտիվ մասնակիցներին՝ արժևորելով նրանց նշանակալի ներդրումն ու ձեռքբերումները: Այս տարի մրցանակաբաշխությունն անցկացվել է Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի հիմնադրման 25-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառման ժամանակ:
