Օրեր առաջ սահմանամերձ Մատաղիս ավանում շահագործման է հանձնյվել բնակելի շենք սպաների համար:
Մատաղիսը թշնամուց ազատագրվել է 1994-ին, սակայն մինչև բոլորովին վերջերս այստեղ զգացվում էր պատերազմի շունչը: Թարթառի ափին գտնվող այդ բնակավայրը այցելողի վրա մի տեսակ ճնշող տպավորություն էր թողնում: Ով առիթ է ունեցել լինել Մատաղիսում երևի ունեցած կլինի <<աշխարհից կտրված լինելու>> զգացողություն:
Հիմա պատկերը կամաց – կամաց փոխվում է: Վերջին տարիներին այստեղ կառուցվել է դպրոց, մի քանի բնակելի շենք սպայակազմի համար՝ իրենց խաղահրապարակով, ու նաև Թարթառ գետի վրա ՀԷԿ:
Եվ հիմա ևս մեկ մեկ քայլ է արվում այդ կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունեցող սահմանամերձ բնակավարի զարգացման ուղղությամբ: Կյանքը վերադառնում է Մատաղիս: Իսկ սահման անառիկ կլինի, եթե թիկունքում կյանք կա:
Բոլորին է հայտնի, որ երիտասարդ սպաների կայացման խնդիրը գտնվում է պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Հեռավոր սահմանամերձ բնակավայրում բնակելի շենք կառուցելը, հարմարավետ կենցաղ ապահովելը այդ ուշադրության գործնական ապացույցն է:
Բանակում ծառայող սպաները նկարագրում են, որ վաշտի հրամանատարների հետ հանդիպումներում նախարարը մանրամասնորեն նկարագրում է թե որն է ելքը զինվորական կյանքի ամենատարբեր բարդ իրադրություններից, ու անպայման հետաքրքրվում է սպայակազմի կենցաղային պայմաններով: Իսկ որպես սպա կայանալու համար շատ կարևոր է, որպեսզի սպայական ուսադիրներ կրող երիտասարդը համոզվի, որ ինքն անտեսված չէ, որ իր մասին հոգ են տանում: Հատկապես նման հեռու ու պատասխանատու զորամասում ծառայող սպան իրեն պետք է հարմարավետ կենցաղով ապրի, ծառայության պատճառով չկտրվի իր ընտանիքից: Հիմա արդեն մեր սպաները կիմանան, որ ծառայությունից հետո տուն են գնալու, ընտանիքի ջերմություն են զգալու:
