Ճապոնիան և Հարավային Կորեան 9 տարվա դադարից հետո կվերսկսեն համատեղ որոնողափրկարարական զորավարժությունները

Ճապոնիան և Հարավային Կորեան ինը տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ կվերսկսեն համատեղ որոնողափրկարարական զորավարժությունները՝ երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների ջերմացման և Հնդկա-խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տարածաշրջանում պաշտպանական համագործակցության ընդլայնման ֆոնին: Այս մասին հաղորդում է Kyodo-ն։
Ինչպես Սինգապուրում իր ճապոնացի գործընկեր Սինձիրո Կոիձումիի հետ բանակցությունների ընթացքում հայտնել է Հարավային Կորեայի պաշտպանության նախարար Ան Գյու Բեքը, երկու երկրների ռազմածովային ուժերի մասնակցությամբ զորավարժությունները կանցկացվեն հունիսի 7-ին։
Նման զորավարժություններ չեն անցկացվել 2017 թվականից։ Կողմերը նշում են, որ դրանց վերականգնումը կապված է անվտանգության ոլորտում համակարգումը ամրապնդելու փորձերի հետ՝ ներառյալ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ դաշնակցային ձևաչափերում փոխգործակցությունը, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում կայունության պահպանման ընդհանուր ջանքերը։
Տոկիոյի և Սեուլի ռազմական համագործակցությունը փաստացի սառեցվել էր 2018 թվականի միջադեպից հետո, երբ Ճապոնիան մեղադրեց հարավկորեական ականակրին ճապոնական պարեկային ինքնաթիռի վրա կրակի կառավարման ռադարը ուղղելու մեջ՝ բացառիկ տնտեսական գոտում։
Հարավային Կորեան մերժել էր այդ մեղադրանքները։ Այս վեճը դարձել էր համատեղ պաշտպանական մի շարք միջոցառումների, այդ թվում՝ որոնողափրկարարական զորավարժությունների, դադարեցման հիմնական պատճառներից մեկը։ Զորավարժությունները վերսկսելու որոշումը ավելի վաղ՝ հունվարին, ընդունվել էր Յոկոսուկայում նախարարների հանդիպման ժամանակ՝ որպես պաշտպանական շփումների ավելի լայն կարգավորման մաս։ Շանգրի-Լա երկխոսության շրջանակում կողմերը քննարկել են նաև ԱՄՆ-ի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետ պաշտպանական համագործակցության ընդլայնումը։
Առանձին նշվում է նաև ժամանակակից հրթիռային համակարգերի համատեղ մշակման և արտադրության ծրագրերի արագացումը, ներառյալ միջին հեռահարության «օդ-օդ» դասի հրթիռները և Standard Missile-3 Block IIA որսիչ հրթիռները։ Բացի այդ, Ճապոնիան շարունակում է մեղմացնել պաշտպանական արտադրանքի արտահանման սահմանափակումները, ինչը դրական է ընկալվել դաշնակիցների կողմից։
Մեծ Բրիտանիան հաստատել է Ճապոնիայի վարչապետի ապագա այցն ընդունելու պատրաստակամությունը և քննարկել է նոր սերնդի կործանիչի մշակման բազմակողմ ծրագրին մասնակցությունը՝ Ճապոնիայի և Իտալիայի հետ համատեղ։
