Հայտնի փաստ է, որ ավանդական արևային վահանակները խախտում են քաղաքային գեղագիտությունը, ինչը հատկապես անհանգստացնող է պատմական քաղաքային թաղամասերում: Կառուցապատողները վաղուց են փորձում ստեղծել վահանակները քողարկելու ընդունելի միջոց, որպեսզի վերականգնվող էներգիան կարողանա օգտագործվել քաղաքային միջավայրում առանց դրանք ճարտարապետական ​​​​նախագծերից առանձնացնելու: Գերմանիայի գիտնականներն առաջարկել են իրենց սեփական լուծումը՝ փոխառելով գաղափարը... թիթեռներից, գրում է 3dnews.ru–ն։

«ShadeCut-ով մոդուլները կարող են նմանվել քարի կամ տանիքի կղմինդրի և կատարելապես համադրվել գույների հետ», - բացատրելմ է նախագծի ղեկավարներից մեկը՝ դոկտոր Մարտին Հենրիխը: Այս լուծումը հարմար է այն կիրառությունների համար, որտեղ սովորական սև վահանակները տեղին չեն, օրինակ շենքերի ճակատների, տանիքին ամրացված տարրերի, պատշգամբի ճաղաշարերի և, ամենակարևորը, պատմական շենքերի վերանորոգման համար, որտեղ խիստ ճարտարապետական ​​կանոնակարգերը հաճախ արգելում են արևային էներգիայի օգտագործումը:
