Ի՞նչ է ստանալու ԱՄՆ-ը Հայաստանի ընդերքը յուրացնելու համար

Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոյի այցից հետո էլ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները չեն հրապարակում հազվագյուտ հանքանյութերի վերաբերյալ հուշագրի մանրամասները։ Հիշեցնենք՝ պետքարտուղարը Երևանում 3 փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրել, որոնցից մեկը վերաբերում էր ընդերքի օգտագործման արտոնյալ պայմաններ ամերիկյան կողմին հատկացնելուն։ Նախօրեին Փաշինյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում միայն մի քանի մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել՝ հայտնելով, թե ԱՄՆ-ի հետ աշխատանքներ են տարվելու Հայաստանի նոր երկրաբանական քարտեզի ձևավորման ուղղությամբ։
«Կան հանքանյութեր, որոնք 40-50 տարի առաջ ոչ մի հետաքրքրություն, բացի գիտականից, չէին ներկայացնում, իսկ այսօր էական նշանակություն ունեն տնտեսության, արտադրության և արդյունաբերության մեջ, արհեստական բանականության, տեխնոլոգիական ապրանքների արտադրության համար»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ամերիկյան կողմի հետ Հայաստանի ընդերքի ուսումնասիրություն պետք է արվի ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով և ժամանակակից տնտեսության պահանջներին համապատասխան։ Նա ընդգծել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ստորագրված հուշագրում խոսվում է նաև Հայաստանի երկրաբանական ծառայությունների կարողությունների զարգացման մասին, քանի որ ընդերքը միշտ չէ, որ հորատումով են ուսումնասիրում, այլ կիրառվում են տիեզերական տեխնոլոգիաներ։
Ըստ էության, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է համոզել, թե ամերիկյան կողմի հետ համագործակցությունն օգտակար է Հայաստանին, սակայն փաստն այն է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները, ինչպես Ուկրաինայի, Ղազախստանի և այլ երկրների հետ կնքած պայմանագրերով, պարզապես բացառիկ իրավունք է ստանալու օգտագործել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների սեփականություն հանդիսացող ընդերքը՝ դրա դիմաց, ընդ որում, որևէ քաղաքական և անվտանգային երաշխիք չտալով, փոխարենը ընդամենը քաղաքական աջակցություն հայտնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Վերջինիս, ըստ էության, ավել բան պետք չէ, այլ միայն այն, որ Արևմուտքը աչք փակի իր ապօրինությունների վրա։
