«Ուսուուցիչները հիմա էլ դաշնակցական կդառնան»

«Ես ինքս աշխատել եմ նաև Լևոն Մկրտչյանի հետ, չգիտեմ՝ ինքն է լինելու, թե՝ ոչ, որովհետև շատ է ձգձգվում այդ ամեն ինչը, բայց եթե ինքը լինի, պատրաստվում եմ շարադրել մի հոդված բոլոր այն խնդիրների մասին, որոնք սկսվել են իր օրոք ու շարունակվել են մյուս նախարարների ժամանակ ու ամեն մեկը յուրովի շարունակել է այդ խնդիրները»,- այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ խոսելով Կրթության և գիտության նախարարի հնարավոր փոփոխության մասին՝ ասաց Երևանի ավագանու «Բարև Երևան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Անահիտ Բախշյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ 1999 թվականին դպրոցների կառավարման մեջ դրվեց ապակենտրոնցաման գաղափարը, բայց, ըստ նրա՝ մինչև այսօր դա թիվ մեկ խնդիրն է կրթության ոլորտում. «Ամենակարևոր խնդիրը, որ ես կդնեմ նախարարի դիմաց՝ ի՞նչ է հասկանում ապակենտրոնացում ասելով, որի գաղափարը դնելու համար 15 միլիոն դոլար են ծախսել 1999 թվականից, բայց մինչև այսօր մենք գլորվում ենք հետ, ու այսօրվա կյանքում դա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան տնօրենի նշանակում: Երեկվա Բերքաբերի դեպքը… երկու տարի մարդը տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է աշխատել դպրոցում, մրցույթ է հայտարարվել երկու անգամ, բայց ընտրություն չի եղել, քվորում չի լինում շատ հայտնի պատճառներով՝ եթե համայքին ձեռնտու չէ, համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ չի գնում, հետո էլ գնում է Վաչե Գաբրիելյանն է որոշում: Վաչե Գաբրիելյանն այստեղ նստած պետք է որոշի, թե Բերքաբերի տնօրենը լինի տիկին Գայանե՞ն, թե՞ Վլադիմիր Բալայանը»:
Ա. Բախշյանի խոսքով՝ մեր քաղաքացին դեռ ընտրելու համը չի զգացել, չի հասկացել, թե ինչ հաճույք է ընտրել:
Հարցին՝ հայտնի է, որ բոլոր դպրոցների տնօրենները, ուսուցիչները հիմնականում ՀՀԿ-ականներ են, իսկ երբ ՀՅԴ-ն գա, ի՞նչ կլինի, Ա. Բախշյանը պատասխանեց, որ կդառնան Դաշնակցական:
