Роспотребнадзор остановил продажу 64,5 млн бутылок армянской воды «Джермук»

Роспотребнадзор распорядился приостановить продажу в России 64,5 миллиона единиц минеральной воды «Джермук». Причиной стали нарушения требований техрегулирования. Об этом сообщили в пресс-службе ведомства.
«Роспотребнадзором направлено дополнительное поручение оператору государственной системы маркировки «Честный знак» о приостановке реализации на территории Российской Федерации 64,5 миллионов единиц минеральной природной лечебно-столовой питьевой газированной воды «Джермук», — говорится в сообщении.
В ходе проверки специалисты обнаружили несоответствия по составу продукции. В воде зафиксировали превышение уровня гидрокарбонатов, хлоридов и сульфатов. В надзорной службе считают, что такая маркировка способна вводить покупателей в заблуждение относительно лечебных качеств напитка. Кроме того, претензии связаны и с возможным вредом для здоровья.
Ограничения затронули как магазины, так и онлайн-площадки. С начала 2026 года система «Честный знак» уже заблокировала продажу 38,4 миллиона бутылок этой марки. О принятом решении Роспотребнадзор уведомил Евразийскую экономическую комиссию и профильные органы стран ЕАЭС.
