ՓՄՁ ոլորտում քանակից որակին անցումը անհրաժեշտություն է

Փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկատիրության ոլորտը ՀՀ տնտեսության զարգացման գերակա ուղղություններից մեկն է: Միևնույն ժամանակ, զբաղվածության ապահովման, աղքատության հաղթահարման խնդիրները լուծումներ են ստանում միայն հասարակության միջին խավը ձևավորող փոքր և միջին կազմակերպությունների զարգացման միջոցով: 2015թ-ի հոկտեմբերին Կառավարությունը ընդունել է 2016-2018թթ. փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսի զարգացման ռազմավարությունը: 2001թ.-ից սկսած մշակվում և իրականացվում են ՓՄՁ պետական աջակցության տարեկան ծրագրեր:
Եթե նախկինում ՓՄՁ ոլորտի զարգացման համար հիմնական միջոցները կենտրոնացած էին բիզնես բացելուն օգնություն ցուցաբերելու և ռեսուրսների մատչելիության վրա, ապա ներկայումս կարևորվում է ՓՄՁ-ների աշխատանքի որակը, գիտելիքների ու տեխնոլոգիաների մատչելիությունը: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ ՓՄՁ ոլորտում Հայաստանի հիմնական անելիքն է դառնում ձեռնարկությունների՝ քանակից որակի անցումը: Այս խնդրի անդրադարձել է նաև ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբիելյանը՝ «Հայաստանում կայուն բիզնեսի համար բարենպաստ մթնոլորտ» համաժողովի ընթացքում:
