Փաշինյանը ձեռք չի քաշել երկաթուղու կոնցեսիան խլելու մտքից

Հայկական երկաթուղին այլ երկրի կոնցեսիոն կառավարման հանձնելու հարցը շարունակում է մնալ մեր օրակարգում, ասել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։ «Այդ թեման մեր օրակարգի մաս է, մենք շարունակելու ենք քննարկել և լուծումներ փնտրել։ Այս պահին բանակցությունները շարունակվում են, և հենց որ մենք արդյունքներ ունենանք, բնականաբար կհայտարարենք դրա մասին»,- նշել է նա։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փետրվարին հրապարակային հայտարարել էր՝ հայկական երկաթուղու ռուսական կառավարման պատճառով տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակման ընդհանուր համատեքստում Հայաստանը կորցնում է մրցակցային առավելությունը։ Ռուսական կողմը խստորեն մերժել էր Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հայտարարությունները, նույնիսկ այն ժամանակ, երբ Փաշինյանը փորձել էր հայկական երկաթուղու կոնցեսիան գցել Ղազախստանի գրպանը։ Ռուսաստանից պարզորոշ հայտարարում են, որ կոնցեսիան փոխանցելու որևէ մտադրություն չունեն, շարունակելու են առաջ մղել ռուսական կողմի շահերը։ Հատկապես հիմա, երբ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում է երկաթուղու մի շարք հատվածներում վերակառուցում իրականացնելու, Հայաստան-Թուրքիա երկաթուղին վերականգնելու, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանից Հայաստան երկաթուղային գիծը վերստին կառուցելու մասին, այս հանգամանքը կրկին առաջ է մղվում։
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, որպեսզի մենք մրցակցային առավելություն ձեռք բերենք տարածաշրջանային կառուցվածքների հարցում, հնարավորինս արագ պետք է աշխատենք, հնարավորինս արագ ենթակառուցվածքներ կառուցենք կամ վերակառուցենք։ Այստեղ կարևոր գործոն է արագությունը, թե որ կողմը կկարողանա հնարավորինս արագ իր ենթակառուցվածքները զարգացնել»,- ասել է Գրիգորյանը։
Ըստ էության, նույնիսկ Ռուսաստանի կարճ և կոնկրետ հակազդեցության ֆոնին Հայաստանի իշխանությունները շարունակում են առաջ մղել իրենց նարատիվները՝ բնականաբար հասկանալով, թե դա ինչ խնդիրներ է հարուցելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Արևմուտքում էլ շահագրգռված են Ռուսաստանից խլելու երկաթուղու կոնցեսիան, այսպես կոչված՝ «Թրամփի ուղին» դրան միացնելու և ռուսական ազդեցությունն ընդհանրապես չեզոքացնելու համար։
