Ամիօ բանկը զարգացնում է մարդակենտրոն և ճկուն (agile) աշխատանքային մշակույթ՝ ներդնելով ժամանակակից լուծումներ ուսուցման, զարգացման և կատարողականի կառավարման ոլորտներում։
