Ռուսական գազի արտոնյալ գինը Հայաստանի համար կարող է ձևավորվել շուկայական հիմքի վրա, եթե Երևանը որոշի դուրս գալ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ «Մենք լսել ենք Հայաստանի ղեկավարության հայտարարություններն այն մասին, որ գոյություն ունի գրավիչ, առավել քան արտոնյալ գին ռուսական գազի համար, ռուսական էներգակիրների համար։ Դա իսկապես այդպես է, Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է մնալ էներգակիրների հուսալի և պատասխանատու մատակարար բոլոր երկրների, հատկապես մտերիմ դաշնակիցների և գործընկերների համար։

Այդպիսի ռեժիմ, սակայն, հնարավոր չէ այլ ինտեգրացիաների, այդ թվում՝ Եվրամիության մասնակից երկրների համար։ Այնտեղ գնային կատեգորիան բոլորովին այլ է, այն շուկայական է։ Սրա մասին շատ լավ գիտեն Երևանում մեր բարեկամները»,- ասել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը։

Ռուսական կողմի այս նախազգուշացումը հերթականներից մեկն է։ Ընդ որում, Ռուսաստանն արդեն իսկ սկսել է տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Հայաստանի դեմ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ, ինչը բավականին լուրջ վնաս է հասցրել առաջին հերթին հայ գործարարներին։ Այս օրերին էլ հայկական հարյուրավոր բեռնատարներ կանգնած են Վերին Լարսի անցակետում և չեն կարողանում ապրանք հասցնել Ռուսաստան։ Մինչ Մոսկվայից հայտարարում են «Ջերմուկի», հայկական կոնյակի, հայկական ծաղիկների ներմուծման արգելքի մասին, ակնհայտ է, որ արգելքը տարածվում է շատ ավելի մեծ թվով ապրանքների վրա։ Մասնավորապես, ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանը հայտնել է, որ Բագրատաշենի անցակետից ՍԱՏՄ-ն հետ է ուղարկել Ռուսաստան արտահանվող ելակը՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե արգելված նյութ են հայտնաբերել բեռում։

Միայն անցյալ տարի Հայաստանը 53 միլիոն դոլարի ծաղիկ է արտահանել հիմնականում Ռուսաստան, և այժմ ջերմոցներում հայ արտադրողների ծաղիկները պարզապես փչանում են, քանի որ արտադրողները հնարավորություն չունեն դրանք արտահանելու։ Մինչ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց հաստիքային արևմտամետները հայտարարում են դեպի Եվրոպա սլանալու և հայկական ապրանքը Եվրոպայում ծախելու իրենց մտադրության մասին, Ռուսաստանը պրակտիկ կերպով ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը։ Սա հենց քաղաքական իրական ճնշում է, որը ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու բոլորի, այդ թվում՝ հայ շարքային քաղաքացիների վրա։

Ուստի հարկավոր է գնահատել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության իրական արդյունքները, հասկանալ, որ այն ոչ միայն փչացնում է քաղաքական հարաբերությունները գործընկերների հետ, այլև ռեալ տնտեսական վնասներ է հասցնում Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին։ Ի դեպ, բոլորովին զարմանալի չէ, որ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանը շահագրգռված չէ խզել Ռուսաստանի հետ քաղաքական և տնտեսական կապերը, իսկ որևէ հարաբերություն որևէ երկրի հետ ուղղված չէ որևէ այլ երրորդ երկրի դեմ։ Որքան էլ Միրզոյանը նման հայտարարություններ անի, փաստն իրականում հակառակն է։
